DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!! I do not trust this Infiniti dealership. Very dishonest and poor customer service. I leased a brand new 2025 Infiniti QX60 Luxe AWD (VIN: 5N1AL1FSS8SC345509) and purchased the Premium Care Package, which clearly includes free oil changes. When I came in for my first oil change, they charged my card anyway, even though the service is included in my contract. I spent hours trying to get a refund. I contacted them through their website, email, and SMS. I also spoke multiple times with the service manager, Luke Incognito. Getting him to respond was very difficult. When I finally reached him, he gave different excuses each time, first saying there was an investigation, then saying it was completed and he would send the refund. That never happened. Every time I followed up, I was told "I'm doing it today." Six months later, there is still no refund. I contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs, and they also tried multiple times with the same result. The dealership admitted on recorded calls that this was their mistake, yet they still refuse to issue the refund. I have recordings of all calls. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from this dealership. read more

March 7, 2025 I got new car , made a switch like i always do every 3 years. I went over my miles and the person who was helping me with my car and working with me was Daniel he was my salesman at Ramsey Infiniti. Well, let's me put it that way they ONLY "HELP YOU" when they want you to get "a car " calling you none stop and sending you letters after that good luck getting in touch with any of them !! Daniel, texting me telling me his manager JOSE CANALES was going to call me I waited and waited ANDDDD WAITED , I texted him back to see what takes so long for any of HIS MANAGERS to call back. Well, finally after almost a month now Hector Barcia who is sales manger at Ramsey Infiniti to call just to say " sorry there's nothing we could do for you" and I'm still waiting to hear back from General Manager Kevin Gilbertson . My 2019 QX60 was towed to the dealership 2 weeks ago when it stopped running. After 2 days Jennifer called me & said that there was sludge in the engine and it had to be replaced for $16,000. Subsequently I hasd the vehicle towed to a recommended local mechanic. The issue was a faulty hyper fuel pump which was replaced for $2,500. Ramsey Infiniti made me pat $400 for an incorrect diagnostic and refused to refund my money. Bottom line, if you need you vehicle serviced go elsewhere. Just purchased a g37 convertible but in life nothings perfect. Had problems with the top so off I went to Ramsey Infiniti. It's service department is clean and spacious with a very modern look to it. Your greeted almost immediately by staff, who you give an explanation of your troubles to. The waiting room is spacious with free coffee and some snacks. To make a long story short, their master mechanic took charge of my car and used all his knowledge not just to find the problem but to understand it. The kind of mechanic that isn't happy until he's conquered his problem. The master mechanic also took time to explain what he felt was the problem was. Both the service managers, Luke and Jennifer were both knowledgeable and quite helpful. All in all it was a good experience and I was quite satisfied with the work and service that I received. Do not go here for service. I made arrangements for new tires and an oil change online through Infiniti. After the work was done the dealer tried to charge me 50% more than the price given online. When I questioned my service advisor he was defensive and unapologetic. I ultimately proved him wrong and got the fee adjusted save for a bogus $14 they added. I returned 4 days later because the front wheels were vibrating at speed due to a poor spin balance. The same service advisor accused me of causing the problem by hitting a pothole, and that I waited too long to inform him (4 days) therefore there would be a charge to redo the spin balance. With that being said we used to deal with the old Infiniti of Englewood and when they closed we followed our salesman to Ramsey Inifiniti and got two cars from them before the pandemic. So we went back there and were treated by their Management like we were any old new customers. Saying they couldn't do a better deal because of inventory and supply chain issues. We planned to buy a Lexus RX350 on my birthday. I woke up extra early because I was excited to buy my new car. I've waited a long while to buy my new luxury car. We drove to Prestige Lexus in Ramsey, NJ since it is one of the largest dealers on the east coast. We walked into their showroom. It was like a ghost town. Not one customer or salesperson on the floor. There was a woman at the front desk who did not greet me or acknowledge my existence. I thought that Lexus must be making too much money and wasn't interested in my business. I got into my car and proceeded to drive home. We drove past Infiniti and then decided that I wanted to swing by to see what they had to offer. Boy am I glad that I did. Upon entering Ramsey Infiniti, I was not blown away by the showroom as it was not that big. Right away, several people greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We said we just wanted to look around and they welcomed us to look. We took our time looking at the various new cars on the floor and oohed and aahhed our way through. When we were done being thorougly impressed by what we saw and was not once rushed or pushed, we asked to speak with a salesperson. It was our lucky day that Madhi Elayan was there to assist us immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and showed a real passion for Infiniti cars and what he does. His laid back, respectful and friendly demeanor was a refreshing change from the greasy fast-talking car salesmen that I was accustomed to. He really put me at ease throughout the entire buying process. He listened to what we wanted and showed us what he had. He worked off his computer and gave us a great price. I just could not believe how easy the entire process was. We had already been preapproved for an auto loan through a different source with a very low rate. Mahdi worked with their finance department to come up with an equally impressive car loan package and we were in and out the door in a couple of hours for the whole process. I've also read that in some dealerships, they rip you off during the financing process by adding hidden fees. That did not happen here. Everything was open and transparent and they explained everything to me line for line. I used my own auto loan calculator (because I trust noone) and their final monthly number jived with what I came up with as well. So they didn't add anything hidden fees which I was very happy about. I also noticed that my opinion of Mahdi and his professionalism is not unique to me. He has won many awards while working at this dealer for high sales performance and I am not surprised. This was the easiest car buying experience that I have had thus far. I've purchased 3 other cars previously and this is my 4th. I hope Madhi never leaves this dealership because we plan to return to buy my husband's QX SUV from him in the next couple of years. I hope to see him in a manager's position in the future although he should still sell cars on the floor as it takes a certain personality to get it done and if all car salespeople were like Madhi, the car buying experience would not be so harrowing. We went from "just browsing" to going home in a new 2015 Infiniti..Mahdi was just that good. I forgot to add that the reason I gave this a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that the detailing on my car could have been better. Since the car was parked outside waiting to be sold, it collected dust, etc. They took it to be detailed and was also supposed to fill the gas. We patiently waited for the car and when we went to drive it home, we noticed that there were several areas that didn't seem to be washed or detailed at all and the gas was not topped off like we said it would be. I am a person of my words and expect others to also live by theirs. If they tell me that my car would be detailed, I expect it to be spotless and if they tell me that they will top off the gas, that is what I expect. Had my car towed down here for Needing a repair on a bent rim in which I have a third party extended warranty in place for to be covered fully. I left the extended warranty information with the service receptionist and was told they would contact them to work it out. I never heard anything back so I called the following week and was told the car would be ready to be picked up the following day and everything was worked out. I picked up the vehicle the next day and told I had to pay $175 at the counter to be reimbursed by the warranty provider (written on the receipt). When I called the warranty provider they said they could not reimburse me because they never received a response from Infiniti nor approved any work. They had received a quote for about $1280 to replace with a new rim and asked for pictures to approve it which was never sent on Infiniti's behalf nor any response sent. The warranty provider was confused when I told her I already had the car back. Instead , Infiniti just fixed the bent rim on their own (did not replace), charged me for it, and told me I would be reimbursed without ever communicating any of this. Reading the receipt IT IS SHOWN THAT NUNO THE SERVICE ADVISOR DENIED THE NEW WHEEL CLAIM WHICH HE CONTACTED ME ABOUT WHICH HE NEVER DID NOR THE WARRANTY PROVIDER- a straight up lie. When called he said they don't work with third party warranties so that's between me and the warranty provider haha. Needless to say they basically performed an extremely shady move here. I had a good experience in the past with Tom Jacobs but in no way will return for service, the lack of honesty and transparency is astonishing. unacceptable but luckily the warranty provider conducts good business and reimbursed the $175 even though I have a most likely shady fixed rim. read more

If I could give them negative stars, I certainly would! After some online research through my financial institution's website, I landed on the Ramsey Infiniti site. They had a certified preowned QX50 very well priced (currently on the 16th week of sitting on their lot). I called and spoke with Daniel on 9/03/2024 and he assured me that the vehicle I was interested in was still available. I explained that my father and I were bringing our own financing from our credit union and he was on board. Fast forward to earlier today, Daniel reached out to me and asked me for our financing confirmation and the stock number of the vehicle. I had to go to their website to obtain the stock number and upon doing so, I noticed the price of the car had been changed to reflect a $4500 increase! I sent the price history and the other information Daniel requested, inquiring about the increase (in hopes this was an error/typo and not a price gouge for big bank kick-back). I never received an email back confirming receipt. With no response to my email addressing my concern, he thought I would just drive for over an hour out of desperation to discover that "anomaly". I called later in the day and spoke with Daniel and received more than confirmation of receipt! He proceeded to ask me again about using in-house financing and then attempted to convince me since the price was increased, there wasn't much he could do about that and the increase was "automated" based on KBB value and was beyond their control insinuating the price was changed automatically on their site. Given I'm no fool and this isn't my first time buying a car, I called them out on their sleezy tactics! The vehicle consistently had price decreases over the course of 3 months and moreover, no other vehicle on that lot had an increase this week except the one I was interested in. He quickly defended them, stating "that is bad practice, and they would never do that"! However, like I stated, I reviewed the price history on EVERY vehicle they currently have on their lot and not one had a price increase over the last week expect that one! These dealerships need to learn to not insult people's intelligence and lay off the grimy sales tactics. They are keeping Carvana and the like in business for just these reasons! read more

Bought the car July 14th and we were told plates should be in in a few weeks... temporary tag didnt expire until 8/12 so should be no problem. No plates so call on 8/5 to see what's going on transferred twice to two totally disinterested people. One committed to check and call me no later than 8/10 no call back. I speak to Dwight on 8/12 and he actually shows interest. Turns out all they need is picture of the back of my license(They should have called and asked for that on 7/16th) Send it immediately. I found a 2024 QX60 Autograft on truecar Website for 64,000 at this dealership, at the dealership they posted for 68,000. And when showed them the Ad for $64,000 they admitted they had on truecar for that price, but they did not want to honored it at that price, after going back & forth for about an hour, the salesman Harold did not want to lose the sale, so they honored the truecar price. At that they accepted my trade in. I did not have trade in title at the time, they were so anxious to complete the sale, they let purchase the vehicle without my trade in title. The next day the salesman contacted me and requested me to bring in the title, I brought in the title the next day. On Monday the receptionist contacted and asked me o come and pick my registration for my new car, after picking up my new registration, the finance director followed me out the door and stated that we cannot let you without the title for my trade in, I stated to him that don't have the title, please contact your salesman Harold. Thats when he stated he was not going to call to make that call. The next thing I realize I was surrounded by two more associates, and treated me like I was a criminal, from the dealership, refusing to let me leave, and threatening me lawsuits for $9,000 if i don't give them the title, and then they threatened to physically take back the registration i had just pick up. At that time I became scared & nervous for my wellbeing,. after about twenty minutes the call the salesman Harold and from i gathered the stated that they the title. at that they walked away laughing and smiling. So dissatisfied-- drove here to see a car that was a lease return and was said to have been so clean and ready to move. We had cash to buy a car, outright so we were very serious. We get there, half of the staff didn't even have their masks on. As soon as they saw us, they rapidly put their masks on. Okay fine- we have a scheduled appointment (which no one seemed to be prepared for), go see the car and it was a complete mess. The bumpers and entire car has scratches all over it, smelt musty and had dings all over. We said to the guy helping us "this is how you show cars?!" and he didn't seem to care and said well it's a "great price". Um no, the cars 2k under sticker it's not a great price for over 2k of work needed in the car. If it was 5-7k less, okay sure but not 2k less. Car was a filthy mess, I cannot even believe they show cars like this and accept lease returns like this. We were so disappointed. We went to another dealer and the quality was so different, even the staff much more professional. I purchased a 2021 Certified Pre-owned Infiniti QX50 from this dealership in February 2023. April 7, 2023 I took the vehicle for its first oil change. At this time, I am informed that the front tires are bald. These tires are run flats and quite expensive to replace. Phone calls have not been returned from the dealership nor a complaint made to Infiniti Headquarters. Do not buy from this dealership. Honest review! I came from out of state to purchase the car. This has been our 6th certified preowned car purchase and by far the most "dirty" purchase. Negotiate deal online. Not much of a deal but I wanted the car and the QX80's are hard to come by. While purchasing the car all they tried to do was up sell me. I went through with the purchase even though my gut was telling me to question this establishment. On way home I noticed a small chip in the windshield. It was small and would pass inspection so although it was an Inconvenience it was fine. Next, after about a week of driving the car I had to add air to one of the tires. I didn't think much of it until a week later we had to add air again. Needless to say when I brought the car in for the 1 month inspection they told me the tires that were on the car in the back were going need to be replaced very soon , they were very worn down. I also had a leak in one of them from an old plug. I was so frustrated I contacted Ramsey Infiniti. They WERE NOT HELPFUL at all. I will now be purchasing two new tires and eventually replacing a new windshield on a 2021 certified preowned car. Again, we have purchased a bunch of cars preowned. Ramsey by far has been the worst experience. My advice shop around much better customer service out there. Hope this helps someone avoid the problems I have had in the future. read more

Not the best experience. I drive a 2014 Q50s. Recently got my rear brake pads changed and rear rotars re-surfaced. Its not even a month later and my rear brakes are squeaking maybe even louder than prior to the change. When i resurfaced my brakes and changed my pads i also had them do an oil change and change out the engine filters. The receptionist gave me a bill and a run down on what was done. She also said "we topped off all your fluids for you as well." It's starting to get very cold and i love a warm car but my car's heater is blowing cold air. IF you guys topped off my fluids why was there NOT A SINGLE DROP OF COOLANT in the reservoir? Was that just a flat out lie? I have not brought my car back yet or complained to them yet as i am very busy with work/holidays. Management needs to check on work of the service techs. I will not be returning here. read more

I was recently in the market for a 1-2 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee and saw that Ramsey Infiniti had exactly what I was looking for. Called ahead and spoke to Mark who is actually a manager there but connected me with Joe who is a salesman. They said it was still available, and I made an appointment to stop by. When I arrived, Mark greeted me and we immediately hit it off. He is an extremely fun man who put me right at ease and when he passed me off to Joe to go see the car said he would check back in with me later. Joe took me to see the car, showed me the features, and then shut up during the test drive which I HIGHLY appreciated. I HATE when people start talking to me and asking me about my car search when I'm trying to listen and evaluate the car. Let me test drive and we can talk numbers once we get back. So thanks to Joe for that! Once we got back Joe showed me all of the fees and extra numbers, let me actually look over these figures instead of pulling them out and then putting them right back in a drawer, and we talked numbers. I felt like Joe was really straightforward and transparent but they weren't able to get to my magic number so I ended up leaving. Mark and Joe didn't pressure me at all and said to give them a call if anything changed. Two days and three dealers later I called Ramsey Infiniti to seal the deal. Every other place wanted to add on crazy fees, pressure me and make me feel incompetent (after I did MONTHS of research) or try to convince me that there must be something wrong with the other ones I'd looked at. They gave me a great deal and I left extremely happy. One last note: even though they were crazy busy when I went to get the car, my appointment were honored and I felt that I was a priority even though I was only buying a used Jeep instead of a new Infiniti. I am very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a G37S manual convertible as a CPO (1 year used) in October 2014. This dealership is dishonest (Point 5 below) and they put my life in danger many times due to failure to fix the problems in the car (Points 1-4): 1. In 2015 or 2016, the transmission failed due to a master cylinder hydraulic problem. They did not properly diagnose it until I brought the car back 2 or 3 times when I couldn't change gears on the road. They finally replaced the master cylinder and that corrected the problem -- until Point 2 below. 2. In December 2017, the same problem happened with the transmission. [EDIT: This is about 1 month after I had my 60K mile checkup done here.] I reminded them of the issue back in 2015/16 and asked them to look at the master cylinder. They did not look at it, but instead just changed some transmission fluid and sent me home (they even charged me for the fluid). The car died on the highway 30 minutes later and had to be towed. It was scary when I lost control of the transmission in the middle of the highway. They still refused to look at the master cylinder until I suggested them to drive the car home one day - that's when they finally agreed with my original assessment. By not listening to me OR looking at prior repair records, I feel that I was put in danger. 3. Had a [legit] flat in January 2018. They put in a new tire for me, and I just found out two days ago that it is of a different tread than the other 3 tires. They ordered and put in the wrong tire for me! 4. 2 months ago, I noticed a crack in one other tire and brought the car to them to check. They assured me it was nothing of concern. That tire blew last week in the middle of my commute. I took the car to Dealership #2 near my office. This is how I found out about Point 3 above. 5. Since another tire blew, in Point 4 above, I figured I might as well just change to my set of summer tires that I haven't been using since January 2015, so I brought the tires into Dealer #2 to be put on the car. When I bought this car as a CPO in Q4 2014, they indicated they put in new tires at the time - that was part of the price I paid. I drove those tires for 3 months till January 2015, before switching to all-season tires that I have not taken off until now. So, you'd think these tires that came with the car should still be like new because I only used them for 3 months and they were supposed to be brand new when I bought the car. Well, Dealership #2 now alerted me that the 2 front tires are bald and need to be replaced. This means Ramsey never put in new tires when I bought the car as part of the sale agreement. I went to Dealership #2 and looked at the tires myself - sure enough, the front tires are totally worn. read more

I purchased a certified pre owned car from them earlier in the month and to say the car didn't go through the full CPO process would be an understatement. They car needed a seal replaced in the wind shield, had a recall, and then required pair of filters and brand new front tires. When I brought it to their attention the Used Car Manager (Alex) said they would make good on the cost as the tires were essentially bald. A week later, their General Manager Kevin Gilburtson reversed course without even seeing the tires claiming they went through the full process. I can not express how disappointed I am both with sales and service at this dealership. We have been long time customers and had expressed our concerns directly, and met with no change, and had no choice but to go to another dealership. When calling service to set up an appointment for one of the vehicles that we leased through Ramsey, the woman was rude and condescending and claimed the reason my car wasn't working was because it didn't have a certain feature. Really? A) you didn't ask what car I was calling about and B) it obviously does or I wouldn't be calling you. But that was not the first bad experience. We have brought our other car in for 2 other issues that they pretended to fix, only to have it happen again and have another dealership fix it with no problem. The other dealership also questioned why the software update wasn't done at our last visit and probably would have fixed the issue. As for sales, we couldn't have been brushed off more. I specifically said I was interested in a certain model and trim level only to be taken on a test drive in a base model with none of the features I was looking for....yet another waste of my time. If the one I wanted was unavailable why wasn't that discussed? The salesperson was nice but had no clue what he was talking about. UPDATE: I finally got my issue resolved, it's unfortunate that I had to involve their General Manager, but that's the way to get anything done in a dealership, speak to the guy in charge. It took a total of 3 trips to get a hard top relearn done. It didn't feel like a Luxury Car service department and I certainly won't be going back. Their eyes are on your pocket and that's it, they don't care about repairing your issue. They follow instructions from a mysterious Infiniti tech guy on the phone who tells them to replace instead of repair. Because a job that requires $30 in parts should be done by replacing $3600 in parts---it's best for the customer. /sarcasm Special thanks to James, service manager. A true professional and an asset to the company. He knows how to deal with upset customers and turn the experience around. He's the only reason I'm adding another star to this review. Also, I'm very disappointed in Eddie, my service advisor. Not only was he no help but he changed my email on the Repair Order that he mailed me so that I wouldn't get another factory survey from Infiniti, I'm pretty sure this is called Survey Fraud. I'll be letting Nissan/Infiniti know about this for sure. What manufacturer likes altered statistics, especially ones that measure customer satisfaction. ---------previous review-------- Here's my final review of this stealership! Both sales and service. I have an Infiniti G37 hard top convertible, 2009 and less than 60k miles. The hard top was malfunctioning before I brought it to them. By malfunctioning I mean the top would close only half way so basically it was stuck in a down position. Anyways, I drop my car off to Edwin, he insists it will take 2 hours ($277) to diagnose (not fix) the problem, they usually start at only 1 hour. Since I have no other choice, and believing a dealership would actually employ skilled technicians, I agreed. A week goes by, I get a call from my "service adviser" Edwin telling me that 2 hours just isn't cutting it and that if I approve 4 hours ($550) of labor, I'm certainly guaranteed to get the top closed. Obviously I agreed, they've had the car a whole week now, what other choice do I have? Another whole week goes by, I'm not getting follow up calls, I can only assume they're putting my car off to justify charging 4 labor hours and not doing anything. And I was completely right. After two weeks of waiting and sub-par follow up protocols, I walk into the dealership unannounced and my adviser's only concern was to collect the money for 4 labor hours even though they haven't fixed anything. IN FACT THEY MADE THE ISSUE WORSE. After leaving the dealership my car beeps indicating an open top/top in motion and the button that opens/closes the top is not responsive. Not to mention when I got home screws fell off the back of my car which I have no doubts came from them!! Needless to say I was pretty pissed off and didn't pay for 4 hours of labor, just the original 2 I initially agreed to and still the manager had no problems knowing they made a minor issue worse and making a customer pay. Since they were unsuccessful in fixing my issue, I figured I'd see the sales department to see what value I can get for my trade (big mistake) thankfully I didn't waste much time and walked out on them as soon as they low balled & offered me $7000 for a clean car worth $15-18,000. I'd even take $12000 in the condition it was in but you can't expect much from a dealership with their eye on ONLY your pocket. Long story short, do not go to these guys for any service, do yourself a favor and find a mechanical engineer willing to take on the issue, they're much more skilled and deserving of $130/hour, rather than these crooks who charge you $130/hour to for McDonalds type service. My issue ended up being resolved within 1 day at the hands of truly skilled mechanics, who did a job not even Infiniti "factory trained technicians" could do. read more

These guys suck. Left a "pre owned" vehicle purchased from THEIR dealership with 19K miles on it because the climate control didn't work. I was told by their mechanic that the factory said there was nothing wrong with it. They returned it AFTER A WEEK with the rear wiper blade detached and passenger side weather stripping falling off. Brought it to Greenwich Infiniti and they fixed the climate control properly in less than a day. AGAIN, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO RAMSEY INFINITI!!!!! read more

I inquired about a certified used 3 row QX60 for my growing family, the Sales Manager Sam (Hosam Abaza), returned my call to say that the car was almost sold, they were waiting on financing. I got another call that day from their inquiry lady, who was shocked it was already sold. After a few hours she called back saying that yes it was sold, but if it fell through with financing, they will notify me. The next day I get a call from David G. that the car was available to me, so I promptly asked what can I do to secure the car as I live in Ohio, I said can I put $1,000 down without hesitation. Salesman, David said he would take only $200 to secure it for 48hrs. I got the receipt timestamped 10:21am and window sticker. I was told they wouldn't be interested in my Audi as a trade. I starting getting my car appraised at noon that day in Ohio, while I talked to my wife, and waited on David to call me back for a detailed walk around the vehicle on FaceTime, and discuss finance terms. I got a call at 4pm from David via FaceTime to look at the car with my wife. I asked David to find out what the financing terms were on a loan. That night at 8pm, Sam the Sales Manager called and got hasty over the phone, he was like tell me where we're at? I didn't know what he meant... So I said I was waiting to hear from David or someone about what the financing terms were for a certified car, I never heard back. He jumped down my throat asking if I had even filled out paperwork for the financing. I said no, I wasn't asked to yet, but no problem I can do that and I just want to know if I can pick this up after the 48hrs, since I was traveling so far and working over the weekend. He was really angry to learn that I was asking this, and "didn't know," I wasn't available to pick up the car until a few more days. I mentioned I could buy it if it were a real problem, but he was going to check with the GM for me and get back to me the next day, (which would be less than 24hrs). The next morning, I found out they had fired my salesperson over this transaction. I tried calling to deal with a new salesperson, I tried to reach both managers with no return call that whole day. I talked to one salesperson but everyone pointed me to Sam or the GM. Sam finally called me back at the end of the day to tell me they had fired him, and didn't seem interested in helping me purchase the car, repeating I had to get it by 48hrs- which I knew. I was furious with him that he blamed the firing of a salesperson on me. I didn't do anything wrong, I was contacting them over 10 times a day to get this done. I thought they were busy and taking their time, because they weren't calling me back.. He kept just saying that it was only 48hrs to hold it, I mentioned I would even buy the car before I see it and pick it up. Sam was a little interested in that, but didn't seem to want to help me. I told him that the firing wasn't any of my business and how unprofessional this all has been. I didn't understand what was done wrong, David had worked with me so well, and Sam had been the rude person to me all along. Long story short, I wanted to talk to John LaSala, the General Manager to get the deal done. John returned my call first thing 9:11am the next morning ( still within the 48hr hold) listened to me, apologized about the whole transaction, he said, "it was a comedy of errors" then kind of smugly told me, "The car was sold last night. There's an owner driving it around right now." Talk about infuriating. This is a used car with a color combination and deal that can't be found everyday, which is why I sought them out, and immediately put a deposit on it. I did everything on my end that I could've possibly done, other than been local to them. They had another local customer that had purchased the car out from under me from the time I spoke with Sam at 6pm to 8pm when the store closed that Friday night. Again with a deposit holding it. Meanwhile John said he would come up with another great deal for me, but really just wanted to get off the phone with me and hoped that I just forget about this ordeal. Over the last week and a half: I've given John LaSala written copies of every detail of this event, no reply. I wrote John again about keep looking for an alternative deal for me, saying I would be patient to find something, with a reply he was looking every day... which I know is a lie, I've seen other cars on their site similar that he could've written me back to offer me a deal on. Also, they never refunded my deposit of $200, after John said he was going to. TERRIBLE! Bottom line, they listed a car too cheap and had to cover their tracks by getting it off the books as soon as possible, fired an employee over this, and really screwed a customer looking to help his growing family out, which by the way I had almost sold my car that day to complete this transaction under the deadline the dealership had placed to begin with. Wish I had read the reviews before coming here- worst customer service imaginable. I purchased a car last month with a great salesman who was new to the location and was a little clueless about their processes. After 4 financial mistakes in the sales process itself, we were treated quite nastily by the "money guy". They said that they had to charge a fee to put papers through the DMV because it was a trade in and had to change the title over. Two weeks after the purchase I called to get confirmation on the plates and was "assured they would arrive any day". Every time I called I was given assurances by workers who were actually too lazy to check the status of the plates. The day before my plates expire I pushed, and after getting the back and forth for 15 minutes from two different people who clearly did not want to deal with me asking and didn't understand why I wanted a clear answer, they finally put me through to the same money guy who was nasty to me when purchasing. He had the same condescending tone though he actually did investigate. Turns out nobody knows what the DMV is doing with my papers and we only just found out now! The only solution they're offering is for ME to drive to THEM to get temp plates. They took no responsibility for their team being lazy and not looking into it and haven't even offered when my real plates will come. Once they have your money they do not care about you. Kevin you are absolutely correct. Never trust a car salesman to order everything you requested in a car. In the future I will read every page every sentence and go over every inch of the car. This is why I hate car dealerships. Spoke over the phone about price and specifically mentioned what i was looking for. Drive 30 miles later into the dealership to make the deal they did not want to show me the contract until the very end. everything seemed fishy only to find out after asking a couple of questions that they were giving me a lower model then what was discussed over the phone . Not only did he take the time to fully understand my needs, but also respected that this was a major purchase, and patiently explained the features and benefits of each vehicle I was considering. I felt confident in my purchase, knowing that I had all the information needed to make an informed decision. I have since recommended Ramsey Infiniti to a number of friends currently in the market for a new car. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager/owner there refused to run my boyfriend and I any numbers because he ASSUMED we were going to go to other dealers and get better numbers from them. WHAT CAR SALESMEN DOESN'T EVEN RUN NUMBERS? We overheard him stop the salesmen who we KNEW and tell him he's not telling us anything and wasting his time. My boyfriend had just traded in his Infiniti the day earlier at a different dealership closer to us because his lease was up and so we needed a car THAT DAY. He was prepared to buy the same car that day, but because of the nasty manager/owner or whoever is in charge talking badly about us when we can clearly hear, we completely changed our mind.
