We've been having rain for several days due to the recent hurricane, which was still drizzling this morning. They had no reason whatsoever to mow this morning. Within 16 days, the yard had no weeds; our grass was not tall and didn't need to be cut when it was raining. When I called the company, the lady told me, instead of apologizing for the damage, that the grass was so tall that they had to cut and how else they would cut without making a mud mess. she was so rude I couldn't believe this was happening.

They also were willing to repair any damaged sprinkler lines that may occur during the installation. Between estimate and completion of the job - it was only 5 days. Thanks for a fantastic, timely job completion! UPDATE: After Work was completed, we discovered that several sprinkler heads were broken due to lines damaged during the installation of the new septic lines. We have attempted repeatedly to call and have requested them to repair the damage lines. We have been told 3 times that they will come out, but they never show.

They responded quickly, didn't tear up the yard, and were quite courteous. This past week, our toilets weren't working properly and it seemed just like the beginnings of what had happened in 2012. It seemed too soon to need another pump, but my husband called T&N anyway. They told him what to look for and helped him determine that we did not need the tank pumped. We thought we needed to call a plumber, but the guys at T&N helped my husband troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Their advice was simple and helped us fix the problem without spending a dime. Instead of calling out a plumber and watching him spend about 15 minutes fixing our simple problem and then charging who knows how much, T&N gave us good advice that didn't cost a cent. I'm sure we'll have more issues in the future that will require a service call, but we'll always call T&N first. They've always been courteous and had our interests at heart. You can't find that just anywhere.
