Ordered the 3 piggies pizza and as soon as I opened the box I was grossed out and disappointed. The bacon pieces were huge chunks of undercooked fat and WAY too much of it. We tried to go back to the window to complain but no one came even after several attempts at ringing the bell. A lady before us tried too and no one helped her place an order. I saw her go to the food trucks instead. We would have been happy with a partial refund but instead we get to leave this review. Hope they know how gross undercooked (pretty much raw) bacon is. Ranch Pizza is one of my favorite, consistent spots in town, and I love how they have locations in every area of Portland! I had never been to the Oregon City location, but frequent that area where the foodcarts are. I was also excited to learn it was connected to Oregon City Brewing. It's so nice to have tons of options and I love being able to bring the food inside to enjoy with the tons of beers of tap. You order at a little window outside that's connected to the building. It was raining pretty hard the night we went, so just a heads up for those going soon - bring an umbrella, there may be a line to order! Once we got up to order, the guy working was super nice and fast. He made a joke that if the year turns 2025 and we don't have our pizza yet, to come back to the window (which is a way of saying it would be a lonnnggg wait). We were totally fine with that, but super surprised when only about 10 minutes passed, and our pizza was ready! The pizza was great as always. We got the Hawaiian and The #4 along with breadsticks. The crust is one of the best parts about Ranch Pizza. It's sturdy and has a nice crunch on the outside but chew when at the base. Each pizza comes with their specialty ranch which is so good, I could literally drink it. The breadsticks come with marinara sauce, which is also delicious. The slices are also huge - you get a quarter of a pizza, and they slice it diagonally in half. Annexed to Oregon City Brewing and in the former Olympia Provisions space, I spotted the Ranch Coming Soon signs at the end of December which got my heart all aflutter! Today the anxious wait for Ranch Pizza OC's unveiling is finally over! While still lamenting the loss of the mysterious cocktail smash, Poison's Rainbow--Modest Mouse frontman's bar--and also another Ranch outlet on NE 28th, until today, my next closest and best-in-Portland slice of the revered Detroit-style Pizza heaven was a hike to strip mall Happy Valley to reunite with the indulgent square slice with ever addictive accompanying whippy house made Ranch delight. Unlike the shelf stable plastic bottled goo you're most familiar with, Ranch's will bless you with a garlic fest breath strong enough to keep the most aggressive vampires at bay... Huuuuh smell that?!! And for any that doubt the Ranch drizzle, then I dare you to just dip your pinkie in theirs! Like many of yuz, I vowed never to use that hideous concoction on my pizza and not particularly fond of the blander white sauce on much else either, but You, Ranch made me yuk it up and I betcha you be a believer and begin treasure these white pots o' gold! #4 has Calabrian Chile Ricotta Aged Parm and Sausage $9 was even more yummy than I remember, dreamy crisp edges and crunch through every bite while fluffy bready top, oozing with creamy ricotta and just enough sausage to balance cheese to bread n meat & fruity Calabrian heat. Hubby's pepperoni $8 was delish and could of stayed in the oven a hair longer to further crisp up those beautiful rims of pepperoni cups. We like them a tad charred black and will be sure to mention next trip! Whole pies $26-29, just say Cheese, only $22 No Salads as yet, fingers crossed on that...Pretty please, make your Mamas happy ;D We are big hoppy IPA fans and OCBs are not that. Their Elevator IPA is ok in a pinch but not like a Pfreim our fave. No spirits for cocktails at Oregon City Brewing so if you're angling for a Shaken or Stirred one, or wider beer wine cider selection, run your pizza box across 14th St to Corner 14 where outside food is welcomed. Sorry to say the grub at these carts have never wowed me except for my pocket book so between the carts at OCB and C14, taps at both locations, The best Detroit pizza around, you got all the makings for a great Pizza Night; swing by the Ranch!! read more

Love their take on Detroit style pizza! Crust is crispy on the edges and soft and airy dough in the middle. We got out to go so I can speak to the ambiance but our order came correct as ordered. We got half pepperoni and half #4 both delicious. Right amount of sauce and toppings. I really like their ranch with a hint of dill. Definitely stop here to get a great pizza! read more

Absolutely love this pizza. I have been eating here since 2018 when it was inside the tavern owned by the lead singer of Modest Mouse. I have never had a bad time or experience until November 20th. The lady working the counter was incredibly rude and condescending. She made us feel like we were crazy when we asked about splitting toppings and asking for the slices to be extra crispy.. I asked for pepperoni but somehow got olives. At that point o was so hungry I could scream so I went with it.. Not sure how long she has been there, but hell maybe be better or do better. When you get there, you order from a small window on the side of the building, which is attached to a brewery. Ordered a couple pieces of the square pizza. One thing about it is it's not a massive pizza where they cut squares out. It's thick. It seems like they cook it in its own pan for each slice. Crust all the way around. The pepperoni slices are pocket size.. the cheese and pepperoni were good quality and the thick crust was not overly doughy. The staff were great and gave service with the smile.. can't really say much about the ambience it's outside and it seems most people were getting their stuff to go. I am so excited that a Ranch Pizza has been added to the OC Brewery. It is my favorite pizza! I really like the Detroit style pizza that they make. This pizza is perfect and every way. I had the Hawaiian and it was cooked perfectly. The texture and flavor profile are unique and hard to find in the northwest. The only issue is that delivery and takeout are a little harder than other pizza places. I wish they had a brick and mortar location and an independent parking lot. The pizza itself was amazing and I will be back. The price was on the high side for pizza at $9.50 a slice or $32 for a whole pizza which consists of four slices. Today)Wednesday, June 26th 1:40pm I went and ordered a slice of Hawaiian pizza. I've been here multiple times before and never had this problem before. It is so soggy and drenching with liquid? The guy who took my order was wearing a Trailblazers jersey tank top. I paid for the pizza on my phone, I only had enough for the pizza and not a tip he didn't look thrilled. I was going to go to my car to get a couple $1s for the tip, but once I came back I looked at this I decided not to. It was my last $10 and now I cannot eat it. So glad to have Ranch in the OC! So they're located where Olympia provisions had their sandwich window at Oregon City Brewing, we ordered 1/4 pizzas, one pepperoni, one Hawaiian and one veggie pizza. The crust is so buttery, crunchy, fluffy and delicious you just have to try it. The sauce is slightly sweet and fresh, generous toppings plus you get a free side of ranch with every slice. I'm not a dipper so we save them for salads at home. We dined at a picnic table under the new outdoor food carts next to the brewery. The pizza we got was subpar but the ranch was good. The crust was hard (not crunchy) and I believe they ran out of toppings because all the photos show loaded pizzas (ours was not).
