"Whole Honey I Shrunk the Pickle Whole Pie". Never had a pickle pizza but what a unique and fun flavor it was!

Cute restaurant with a cozy little coffee shop inside with lots of seating for some laptop work or relaxing. The staff were kind and considerate which is always a plus. I tried the pickle pizza out of sheer curiosity and it turned out really good! The ricotta was a little overpowering but it was such an interesting experience.

I am a new Ranch Pizza lover! This place truly exceeded my expectations. Super nice location (shares a space with a coffee shop) that's very clean and bright with a lot of seating. Quick and friendly service. I got a quarter veggie pie with ranch (free ranch with every slice) and my first bite blew me away. I've never had a Detroit style pizza with dough that's thick yet light and fluffy at the same time. It almost reminded me of really good focaccia. The sauce, toppings, and ranch were also perfect, I have no notes. Can't wait to come back here and try another pizza!

We visited on a weeknight with some friends. You place your order at the counter and then seat yourself. There was plenty of seating available. You grab your own plates, silverware, etc. and clean up after yourself as well. We ordered a whole pepperoni pizza and the breadsticks, and it was plenty of food (with leftovers) to share between two people. The pizza had a lot more flavor than the breadsticks, which I'd skip next time around.

Great another Beaverton restaurant nicely snuck in with lots of housing with absolutely no parking. Second one today. Lucky for them the pizza is delicious. Fococia style bread. Omg so so so good. Is it's Sicilian style? The drink was also really good. Five stars even though the parking sucks

The Ranch is clean, bright, and very welcoming. The menu options are numerous, but the prices are expensive. Even though the food was good and it was clean and nice. I don't think we'll be going back because there are other pizza places where we can experience pizza for less. I do recommend it, but I don't think we will be returning.

After trying Ranch Pizza a couple years ago, I've been thinking about planning my next trip back to Oregon just to have their pizza again. It's that good! Luckily, they have multiple locations and my cousin lives near the Beaverton location. This was my last stop before heading back to the airport. Yes, I bought a whole box of pizza on the flight with me. They don't call me Lisa pizza for no reason!! I love my pizza. I placed an order online, and pick up was super quick! Staff were friendly and helpful. The interior is so spacious with the high ceilings. I got the "honey i shrunk the pickle whole pie. I couldn't wait to take a bite of the pizza on my car ride home. I'm definitely a team pickles on pizza girl!! All the ingredients worked so well together. The pizza had a nice spongey soft consistency. Gotta dip your pizza with their ranch! So yummy.

Typical ranch pizza like other locations. Their radicchio salad was good. This seems like a neat location away from downtown and easy parking. Staff were friendly. Modern ambiance. I just hope Ranch pizza adds more vegetarian or even vegan pizza options for Portlanders!

Called in a pick-up order and the pizza was ready right on time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped immediately--super smooth experience from start to finish. Detroit-style, square-shaped pizza is one of my favorites, and this one did not disappoint. I ordered the #4, and the topping combo is truly unmatched--every bite was packed with flavor. The real star, though, is those crispy, cheesy edges. Absolutely perfect. My spouse and I split a whole pie and still had leftovers for both of us. Can't beat that kind of quality and portion for the price. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Ambiance: 7/10 cool setting, lots of natural light, super high ceilings Service: ?/10 I got my food to go Food: 7/10 Crust: 7/10 like any Detroit style, the crispy crust on the outside was spot on but soft on the inside. Wish the bottom the crust toward the center of the pizza was a little more cooked. Not raw but floppy. Sauce 6/10 while I liked the sauce, I think it was a little too salty when you get ingredients that already have that salt with them (ie pepperoni, sausage). Toppings: 8/10 roasted garlic was really well done. Cooked well enough that the flavor wasn't overpowering. The roasted jalepenos were creative and cooked well. I enjoyed the heat and flavor. French onion: 4/10 this was a miss for me because of the red sauce. I would much prefer a cream sauce in this situation because the tomatoes clashed with the other ingredients for what they were trying to do. Need to go back to the drawing board bc this is a great idea.

Tried out Ranch pizza while in town last month. Wanted to find an awesome slice of pizza and they sure did deliver. Small menu but they know their craft and make exceptional pizza. We tried the pepperoni (one with added ricotta) and the veggie quarters. All perfect and more than enough per person. They also offer salad, breadsticks, beer, wine and soft drinks. Easy parking and they have a few different locations. Plenty of seating at the Beaverton location and they also had a small coffee shop sharing the same space. A must try if you're looking for amazing pizza in Portland!

Saturday dinner and trying a new spot we entered Ranch Pizza amd were greeted right away. The smell of pizza baking was filling the restaurant and we were excited. We placed a carey out order of whole pepperoni and side ranch. We waited on the bench by the door and saw thay there were table sets up in the front and more off to the side. They have gelato too which sounded good and we want to come back for. Another employee thought we weren't helped and asked if we needed anything again too. Pizza came out quickly and once we got home, we liked that it didn't seem as oily and loved the little pepperoni covering each piece. The bottom was crisp and the ranch dressing was really really good! I believe one dressing already comes with a pizza as we ordered another one too. The pizza pieces are filling and the dough on the inside is soft and chewy. We made another stop so the pizza wasn't as hot (our fault) and so we definitely want to try Rach Pizza again directly at the restaurant for ultimate freshness!

There's also a large patio. This is a welcome and safe space. [Drinks] Right up front, I'm going to tell you I'm a lightweight. I'm allergic to alcohol, so I don't drink often. Here's one of the things I love about The 649. They have a fantastic selection of mocktails that are created with the same creativity, flair, and intention as a "leaded" cocktail. I appreciate that I get to participate and not be stuck with a lemonade, zero alcohol beer, or wine. So, HUZZAH for creating an inviting space for a non-drinker! There *are* times when I'm willing to risk the lobster-bod, itchiness, and stuffy nose and there are plenty of cocktails from which to choose! [Food] There's a nice selection of sharable plates and mains. I've personally tried the flatbread pizza, Bavarian pretzel, Cubano, and Brisket Press, all of which were delish. [Service] The service has always been fabulous. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. [Activities] There are a few TVs around the bar with sports. It was a great place to catch some of the World Cup games. Additionally, there are several games that you can borrow and play, which is a lot of fun. Parking hasn't been super problematic yet, but based on one of the other reviewers (Ron R - loved your formatting too, so I borrowed it until we get rich text formatting or emojis!) This isn't one of the fancier brewpubs in Portland (looking at you 10 Barrel and Deschutes) but that's never been the Crux brand so I'm happy to see them stick to their down to the earth origins and focus on making really good beer. The bar is nice and long and a good place to post up for a couple of pints, with plenty of cheery tenders to pour them for you. The space is overall industrial-feeling with tall ceilings and minimalist decor and mostly bare walls inside, but there's also an outside patio area with picnic tables in the parking lot, though that's best in the summer. We got the General Tso Cauliflower to start which was a great share plate, with awesome flavor in the sauce, though the actual cauliflower was a bit undercooked. Still, we polished it off no problem. Fish tacos were also a good call, and the thin, crispy fries were a crowd favorite. There are so many good sours, IPAs and other craft beer options here, my buddy just opted for the 4-brew flight (mostly IPAs) which we all sampled and loved, though it's kinda pricy for what's basically 20 ounces of beer. The one-off vintage 14% special beers are where it's at, but at that ABV level, we just decided to share one barrel aged Imperial Stout. So friggin caramelly and delish - the perfect dessert. The space was pretty quiet for a Saturday night but our service was absolutely next level, so it made for a super pleasant gathering for our small group. The food at this Crux location is probably best described as better-than-average pub fare, but not mouth-watering, and the ambiance is low key but also nothing super special. The beer and the staff though, are awesome, so I will be back for more.
