The Ranch is clean, bright, and very welcoming. The menu options are numerous, but the prices are expensive. Even though the food was good and it was clean and nice. I don't think we'll be going back because there are other pizza places where we can experience pizza for less. I do recommend it, but I don't think we will be returning.

After trying Ranch Pizza a couple years ago, I've been thinking about planning my next trip back to Oregon just to have their pizza again. It's that good! Luckily, they have multiple locations and my cousin lives near the Beaverton location. This was my last stop before heading back to the airport. Yes, I bought a whole box of pizza on the flight with me. They don't call me Lisa pizza for no reason!! I love my pizza. I placed an order online, and pick up was super quick! Staff were friendly and helpful. The interior is so spacious with the high ceilings. I got the "honey i shrunk the pickle whole pie. I couldn't wait to take a bite of the pizza on my car ride home. I'm definitely a team pickles on pizza girl!! All the ingredients worked so well together. The pizza had a nice spongey soft consistency. Gotta dip your pizza with their ranch! So yummy.

Typical ranch pizza like other locations. Their radicchio salad was good. This seems like a neat location away from downtown and easy parking. Staff were friendly. Modern ambiance. I just hope Ranch pizza adds more vegetarian or even vegan pizza options for Portlanders!

Called in a pick-up order and the pizza was ready right on time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped immediately--super smooth experience from start to finish. Detroit-style, square-shaped pizza is one of my favorites, and this one did not disappoint. I ordered the #4, and the topping combo is truly unmatched--every bite was packed with flavor. The real star, though, is those crispy, cheesy edges. Absolutely perfect. My spouse and I split a whole pie and still had leftovers for both of us. Can't beat that kind of quality and portion for the price. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Ambiance: 7/10 cool setting, lots of natural light, super high ceilings Service: ?/10 I got my food to go Food: 7/10 Crust: 7/10 like any Detroit style, the crispy crust on the outside was spot on but soft on the inside. Wish the bottom the crust toward the center of the pizza was a little more cooked. Not raw but floppy. Sauce 6/10 while I liked the sauce, I think it was a little too salty when you get ingredients that already have that salt with them (ie pepperoni, sausage). Toppings: 8/10 roasted garlic was really well done. Cooked well enough that the flavor wasn't overpowering. The roasted jalepenos were creative and cooked well. I enjoyed the heat and flavor. French onion: 4/10 this was a miss for me because of the red sauce. I would much prefer a cream sauce in this situation because the tomatoes clashed with the other ingredients for what they were trying to do. Need to go back to the drawing board bc this is a great idea.

Tried out Ranch pizza while in town last month. Wanted to find an awesome slice of pizza and they sure did deliver. Small menu but they know their craft and make exceptional pizza. We tried the pepperoni (one with added ricotta) and the veggie quarters. All perfect and more than enough per person. They also offer salad, breadsticks, beer, wine and soft drinks. Easy parking and they have a few different locations. Plenty of seating at the Beaverton location and they also had a small coffee shop sharing the same space. A must try if you're looking for amazing pizza in Portland!

Saturday dinner and trying a new spot we entered Ranch Pizza amd were greeted right away. The smell of pizza baking was filling the restaurant and we were excited. We placed a carey out order of whole pepperoni and side ranch. We waited on the bench by the door and saw thay there were table sets up in the front and more off to the side. They have gelato too which sounded good and we want to come back for. Another employee thought we weren't helped and asked if we needed anything again too. Pizza came out quickly and once we got home, we liked that it didn't seem as oily and loved the little pepperoni covering each piece. The bottom was crisp and the ranch dressing was really really good! I believe one dressing already comes with a pizza as we ordered another one too. The pizza pieces are filling and the dough on the inside is soft and chewy. We made another stop so the pizza wasn't as hot (our fault) and so we definitely want to try Rach Pizza again directly at the restaurant for ultimate freshness!

We decided to grab some slices after stopping next door to grab a coffee. The pizza is really good, so flavorful.

Quiet on a Friday evening. It got busier as the night went on. Pizza was tasty and even more so paired with the ranch.

Portland is spoiled for choice when it comes to pizza, but I'm excited to report that Ranch Pizza stands out from the crowd by serving up the distinct Detroit Style pizza. Far from the thick, greasy garbage Pizza Hut calls pan pizza, this Detroit style crust is thicker than regular NY still pizza and is fluffy, chewy, and tastes totally fresh. The various pizza creations and choice of toppings are top notch. From actually spicy jalapeños to vegan pepperoni whose texture and taste are perfect, there's something for everyone. Had I eaten the pizza in shop rather than taken it home, I might have been more impressed. If the cheese isn't totally ooey gooey it's not perfect in my book, and there was a slight lack in bold flavoring that would have taken this pizza to the top. Next time I'll dine in. In the bright lit, high ceilinged, and immensely spacious parlor, you'll be comfortable kicking it and enjoying your pizza. The servers are super kind and bust out the pizza in no time at all. Given it's called ranch pizza, I was pleased to find that they do not hold back with the sauce. Nothing makes me more upset than a dry pie, but there will be plenty of sauce in Ranch Pizza and even more on the side. Happy to say that this is my new go to pizza spot in Beaverton!

For a place called "Ranch" their house ranch, which comes with every order, delivers! It's creamy, tangy, and seasoned. The Sicilian style slices are a perfect medium between thick and thin pizza. As someone who doesn't typically eat pizza crust, I'll devour the crust here. The toppings are piled to the edges. I liked the convenience of ordering at the counter and the food being brought to you. A plus was whoever had AUX put on a fire playlist which made dining in even more enjoyable. Ranch was a great choice for us to fuel up before an evening out in downtown Beaverton.

Love how clean and quiet this location usually is. It's awesome they'll let you do a half and half pizza too! And yes, their ranch is certainly worth their namesake.

Hapa Pizza: A Masterclass in Fusion and Flavor If you…read morehaven't been to Hapa Pizza in downtown Beaverton, you are missing out on what is arguably the most exciting culinary evolution in the Pacific Northwest. It is rare for a restaurant to live up to "New York Times Best in the US" hype, but Hapa doesn't just meet the bar--it sets a whole new one. The Crust: A Neapolitan Dream Everything starts with the dough. They've mastered a Neapolitan-style crust that achieves the impossible: a light, airy crumb with a soulful sourdough tang and that signature wood-fired "leopard spotting." It's chewy, charred, and provides the perfect structural integrity for their bold toppings. The "Mind-Trip" Flavors What truly makes Hapa a destination is how seamlessly owners Aaron and Natalie Truong blend traditional Asian dishes with the canvas of a pizza. * The Bánh Mì Pizza: This is a revelation. The lemongrass BBQ pork is sweet and smoky, perfectly countered by the crunch of pickled daikon and carrots and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. * The Phở Pizza: It sounds like a gimmick until you taste it. The brisket, Thai basil, and hoisin-sriracha swirl actually trick your brain into thinking you're eating a bowl of noodles, but with the satisfying crunch of a pizza. * Khao Soi & Thai Curry: For those who want a kick, these pizzas bring deep, aromatic spices and creative textures (like crispy wonton strips) that you simply won't find anywhere else. Beyond the Pie Do not sleep on the sides. The Tom Yum Caesar Salad is a tangy, umami-rich masterpiece that redefines what a salad can be. And if they have the Korean Burrata or their Asian-inspired Tiramisus (like Ube or Vietnamese Coffee) on the menu, order them immediately before they sell out. The Vibe Despite the national accolades, Hapa retains its heart. The space is clean and modern, and the service is consistently praised for being warm and efficient even when the line is out the door. Final Verdict: Hapa Pizza isn't just "good fusion"--it's a world-class example of how to respect traditional techniques while fearlessly innovating. It is a mandatory stop for any food lover in Oregon. Pro Tip: They are known to sell out, so arrive early or check their social media for daily updates. Your taste buds will thank you.

I think both had their pros and cons. The green curry felt like it embodied green curry on a pizzal however it was a lot of the same flavors. On the other hand the char siew had many different components, but felt less like a cohesive dish. Althoug hits hard to say what exactly makes char siew a dish, since it's usually just a meat. I want to say that the food is genuinely enjoyable and I think they bridge the gap between pizza and asian food well. However, while we were there they did forget our order and it was about an hour in when every other table started getting their food that we started getting concerned. That being said, the staff was friendly, and apologetic, and did comp our meal, but I thought i would mention this incident.

Because the food was so damn good. Look - I'm going to start off by saying I grew up practically on The Hill. Out here, you'll have to Google it (make sure to add 'RI' to the search or you'll get some political BS), but back east, "alls you's have ta say" was those two words and anyone would know you knew your Italian, food and otherwise. There isn't anything on this coast that vaguely compares to The Hill's food, but walking into and biting out of Geraldi's was having a little piece of home. There's this little shop in the old town where the owner knew your voice when you called to order... you'd walk in, and you heard "hey cousin!" whether you were or not, and that's the vibe you get from Geraldi's. The food is much the same - you get something that looks like Nonna was at the range all day with her sauce (it's not gravy - no meat) and you came home looking like you haven't eaten in weeks: "I'm gonna fatten you up before you leave" and you walked out the door with a sub (sandwich, that is - not a submarine) that weighed the same as a newborn. We got three of those babies: a Chicago Beef (seal of approval from the orderer - only 'complaint' was that they had to eat it all in one day because the bread was quote too soggy to make it to lunch the next day - travesty), an Italian sausage (just as delicious when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and a Chicken Parmeroni (I thought somehow even better when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and I could have absolutely gone back the next day if it weren't for A. the leftovers 2/3 of us had and B. the meal planning we'd done for the week. I also grabbed a side of giardiniera because I will get it anytime I see it available and I inhaled it - I need to know if I can by it by the vat instead of the side cups because it too was similar to what I can find at home (about practically nowhere out here) and amazing!! I'm still upset I didn't take pictures though!

Also, the attendant said he couldn't check our 76 gas gift certificate unless we bought something (which I think is stupid and a lie). That's beside the point and I'll save my 1-star review for the gas station. Anyhow - it was a beautiful day to wait for good smelling pizza. We hung out in the trunk of our car, then chatted with Ryan (the owner) who is so kind and you can tell he's a good human!!! Our two pizzas were then ready and we raced home to try it while it was still piping hot and fresh! Boy oh boy, did our family enjoy the pizzas! Our son was ecstatic about the Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza, and my partner and I loved the pizzas!!!! I wasn't even that hungry but Leo and I almost ate the entire Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza. It was SO tasty! Ryan uses all super fresh ingredients for his pizza creations and you can really tell. A lot of times, when ordering pizzas of this style, the crust is too oven burnt and the pizza tastes okay or not that great, but he's a pizza genius and pours pride and care into his pizzas. You can really taste the care and quality!!! Our family can't wait to come back and get more pizzas! We are so glad he's so close to our house! What a win! Thanks, Ryan!

We had made the 25 minute drive from West Linn because we heard the pizza was that good and when I say it did not disappoint, that's an understatement. The crust was flavorful, had the perfect texture, wasn't too "doughy" and the char from the wood fired oven gave it a nice smokiness. The other ingredients were solid as well...the cheese was smooth, the sauce was perfectly balanced and the small pepperonis had just a little more spice to them (we got (1) pepperoni and (1) pepperoni and ham). I hate to be "that guy" but we used to live in Brooklyn, NY (we loved Totonno's and Grimaldi's) and Massachusetts (we loved Regina), and we've struggled to get GREAT pizza in the 6 years we've been out here...now we have a go-to for slammin pies. I feel bad that this post doesn't include photos, but one of the pizzas didn't make it home and the other was attacked before I could get a good pic. Their ranch: Before we left, Randall asked if we wanted peppers, parmesan or ranch, and I declined. He suggested I not pass on their house ranch that they make themselves and I obliged. I'm glad I did. My wife, who is super picky at times, was shocked at how good the ranch was. She said "damn...that's surprisingly good, and I don't even like dill in my ranch, but that's excellent." Basically half of the pepperoni pizza was bathed in ranch and we wished we would have gotten a couple more. Pro Tip: Each pizza feeds 1.5-2 people but if you're hungry, you could probably house a whole pie without regret.
