I've only done take out but my whole family loves this place so we sometimes do dinner. Can get pricey but other than that a great place for a big burrito!

I've been to other Fiesta locations but this taqueria is head and shoulders above the rest. The menu has tacos, burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas and a few other options available but keeps it simple with the essentials and doesn't run the risk of menu overload. The chips, guacamole and salsa are always a good way to start off things when you order from Fiesta Taqueria. I generally gravitate toward the burrito or bowl and I can assure you that the carnitas at Fiesta Taqueria is perhaps some of the best you'll find. It's always fresh tasting and expertly cooked and when in a burrito or a bowl is the protein of choice you should be going for while at Fiesta. Jarritos sodas are a perfect addition for the Mexican food; be sure to give the pineapple one a try to help balance out the heat from the salsa. Though there are some seats available, most folks grab Fiesta for takeout orders and when ordering from there orders have always been available on-time as noted when ordering. Parking out front can be a bit of a challenge so park in the town parking lot behind Fiesta for much easier access in and out.

But the menu doesn't change much at all (I don't think they've ever had a nightly special...i.e. "let's try something new" while I've been going.) Fajitas, margaritas, complimentary chips/salsa and tableside guac (get that; made fresh in front of you) always real good. If we have a hankering for any of those, we're there. One thing that's always impressed me is how friendly all the servers are. We've gone here 12~ish years now and that's always the case. Always.

It took over an hour just to get a table, which already set the tone for the night. The place felt overwhelmed and not well organized for the volume of people they were trying to handle. Once we were finally seated, service continued to be very slow. Drinks and attention from staff were hard to get, and everything moved at a frustrating pace. The food, though, was honestly delicious, that part didn't disappoint at all. The most uncomfortable moment happened at the bar. The bartender told us, "you guys are all set," which made us think someone had covered our margaritas. We left that interaction genuinely believing they were taken care of. An hour later, we were handed a check anyway. It felt confusing and honestly a bit embarrassing, like there was a miscommunication that could've been handled much better in the moment. Overall, great food, but the experience was messy, slow, and poorly coordinated. I'd still give it a 6/10, mostly carried by the food, not the service or organization.

The bar offers 5 beers on draft, bottled beers, sangria, margaritas, tequila, and cocktails. The place has a cozy dining room with tables and booths to the right and the lounge with full service bar with seating & flatscreen TVs and booth seating. I stopped by Tulum recently to watch some Sunday football. I headed to the bar to sit in front of the TVs. The game nearby was showing on the TVs and almost done and my game was coming up. I was given a food menu and requested an ice water. I was given complementary warm & crunchy chips & medium salsa. For an entree, the Grilled Steak Fajita Chimichanga ($17.19 plus tax) served with Mexican rice, charro beans, guacamole, sour cream, & lettuce, The very hot big plate came out in 14 minutes after ordering. The fried chimichanga was filled with tender grilled steak strips, peppers, & onions, topped with cheese sauce & pico de gallo. The beans were topped with cheese and very soft and the rice was cooked right and not mushy. I requested a box for some of the chimichanga. For dessert, the Fried Ice Cream ($5.99 plus tax) was a comprised of a hard scoop vanilla ice cream coated with crispy corn flakes & caramel sauce, caramel & chocolate drizzle and whipped cream on the side. The check with Toast QR code was presented, which came out to $24.79 with tax. The food here was excellent, the service was attentive at the bar and I enjoyed watching the first half of my game on the TVs at the same time. I would stop back here for Mexican fare if I'm in the area.
