In the beginning, I would entertain and reply with my ethnicity but it's gotten to a point where you're now just being weird and racist. I have tried ignoring the question, but the men here don't stop asking until they get an answer out of me. "You Korean? Chinese? What are you" The last time I was in here, I got fed up and asked why they always ask me that? Ofc the younger man that works there tried to brush it off like I'm the one being outrageous for being ticked off. I can't even go to my local gas station without being harassed ALL THE TIME. When I walked in the door I showed the beverage I walked in with so the cashier would know not to charge me for it. He just started saying "no". I asked him what he is talking about and he says "no means no". I say I didn't ask anything and ask what he is saying no to. He says "no service". I ask why and he goes back to repeating "no, no, no". I leave, call what I think is this location, but was actually another up the street. They do try to hear, understand and help and told me to come back, so I ended up going back to the same location I left (thinking they would help me now) but was disrespected by the guy again. I never had a problem during the day, but that over night guy gotta get retrained or go. Def don't recommend this place. Go to the next one up foothill. They give way better service!!

The staff consistently makes fresh batches, but sometimes, if there are larger orders, you may have to wait a bit. During my hotel stay, I make a quick stop at this place for basic necessities like Gatorade, water, snacks, wipes, gum, and sometimes even gas. Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I had to go badly so I checked to see if men's restroom was open and it was opened. I locked the door real quick since I'm only woman in there. Nobody was in there--I checked. But next thing I know, I felt there was a loud bang and I opened the door, there was an angry India man screamed at me. He needed Jesus. He was very mean and rude I'd ever seen. I've never been treated like that before. Was he even racist? He an old man with a thing on his head--be careful. He is not a nice man at all.

I understand that there is a policy they have to follow, but it didn't make sense. When I asked for clarification, Marquese repeatedly responded, "I don't know how many times I have to tell you that there's a policy," without offering any real explanation. I made it clear that I understood there was a policy, but I didn't understand why it existed. The employees then suggested I might be trying to pick up the same order at two different locations at the same time, which didn't make sense because the order only listed one address--this location. They said that unless I confirmed the order through the app, they couldn't release it, even though I had the correct name and the unique code. The issue was that the order was placed on my wife's phone under her name, and I only had screenshots. This has never been a problem anywhere else--we've placed many mobile orders before, and typically only a name or code is required. They told me the only way I could get the order was if my wife came in herself. That wasn't possible and was a major inconvenience. Since they wouldn't release the order, we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Overall, it was a very frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would not recommend this location.
