Today, I went into that Ralph's, white woman, dressed confidently, to purchase an item in that same area. I smiled and walked out without paying and moved on to get my other items I needed to purchase. Sad we still live in a world where we classify someone by the way they look! Doesn't the Bible state we are to love "all" people. I know it is a business but then treat everyone the same way!

I said well then they should take the number system away if they're not going to use it. She said they don't have any control over that so I hope the manager does. Please bring order to your meat dept. I did not see any sign of a manager at the store. If I had, I would have spoken to you about it. I'll update my review if I see a change in the future. Also- please note I went to your freezer section to look for shrimp but they were not properly organized and labeled with prices! So I didn't know what cost what. On top of that, the new self-checkout machines are not my favorite. I understand they're trying to cut labor costs, but it doesn't make things easier for customers--especially when there's only one cashier available and you're basically forced to use self-checkout. Last week, I used the self-checkout, and when I scanned my bolillo, the machine kept stopping. The cashier came over and began inspecting my bag like I had done something wrong. I then said, "I know how to count," because I felt that frustrated. Honestly, I've never felt so disrespected while shopping. If you're going to have self-checkout machines, don't treat your customers like they're doing something wrong. It really takes away from the overall experience.

It's located in a shopping center that's still half empty. The parking lot was a total dead zone for my mobile phone, which was annoying. The inside is obviously new and clean. The aisles are VERY wide, quite unusual for GO. The merch was arranged nicely. However the prices weren't great. They weren't even good. It quickly became that the stuff in the IG post was just there to lure people in for the grand opening and not a reflection of the pricing in general. I understand policies can change, but customer service and respectful communication still matter.
