That was until one of the guys pointed towards the doorway towards the back.... When you walk through, there's a ramp going down to a very large area with a crazy selection of spirits, beer and wine. There's also a lot of hard to find stuff as well. Some you have to pay up for but others have a really good relative price. The guys here were really friendly and very helpful. I've been here multiple times now and they've been really cool each time. Just a great store all around if you're looking for particular whiskeys or pretty much anything else related to that.

Before me, two customers were purchasing alcohol, so she asked for their IDs as required. One of them apparently was 24 but did not have his ID, so the sale was rightfully declined. Then came my turn. I went to purchase my margarita mix, which contained NO alcohol. The cashier called a manager over for an ID check. The manager then told me they could not sell me the product because I had spoken to the two customers ahead of me. Excuse me? I am a grown-ass man who came into the store by myself, paid for my own items, and have never had an issue shopping here before. Apparently, having a conversation with another customer now means you somehow become responsible for their purchase. I left feeling like I was being unfairly profiled and discriminated against based solely on the fact that I interacted with the people ahead of me. If there was a legitimate store policy preventing the sale, I would have appreciated someone explaining it clearly instead of making assumptions. Apparently, my money isn't good here because I said hello to the wrong people. If you shop here, apparently the safest strategy is to keep your head down, don't speak to anyone, and definitely don't interact with anyone purchasing alcohol. You never know when the cashier or manager will decide you're suddenly part of their transaction. I have shopped here without problems before, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

All the males coming in after me, all received a greeting....ok whatever. I went for Buzz Balls and the display for them were right by the door, thats how I know whom they greeted. Finished picking my Buzz Balls selection and approached the register. Still crickets....no "Hello, How are you?, Did you find everything you needed?", nothing. And I sure wasn't about to speak first. She was too busy still carrying on a conversation with her co-workers, while ringing me up, which is rude as hell for associates to do, especially when you have NOT once acknowledged the customer you are helping. After she took the Buzz Balls out the hand cart, she found it necessary to leave the register and go put it back in it's place, as though she couldn't have just put it to the side, until she was done ringing me up. Whole time, still carrying on a conversation with her co-worker. I can not stand this generation of retail associates.

We were amazed by the selection and wish it was closer to our house. I was really interested in getting one of those buckets or bags with multiple drinks that you combine together to make one drink, but when I saw them, the prices were pretty outrageous. I guess you were paying for the convenience. I don't know anyway I bought one of the bagged items and my boyfriend got a single tall and we both got Michelada cups I got the cucumber lime flavor and he got a classic flavor once we got home we set everything up and started to film a video for social media to review the drink bag and shout out the store once I made my video I opened one of the cans that came in my bag and I saw some pieces floating in there then I checked the date and noticed that it was expired so I couldn't complete my drink because one of the items had gone bad thankfully it wasn't one of the alcoholic items, but it was disappointing. I then called to double check that the order was ready before making the drive and the guy who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful! I wish I got his name to give him credit but it was today 6/23/26 around 11am. The price for the bottle was also the same as everywhere else (which it is sold out everywhere else) so I appreciated that they did not have it overpriced.

I had heard that management had changed, so maybe that explains the very disappointing service we experienced the last time we dined in. We ordered wine, calamari, and two pasta dishes. When our food arrived, our server repeatedly asked if we needed a box to pack it to go. We had literally just received our entrees, and my wine glass was still full. There were no other tables dining at the time, so there was absolutely no reason to rush us. A few minutes later, another employee came over and asked if we needed a box as well. Then our server comes back and asks us if we need a box again. At that point, it was honestly becoming uncomfortable. We were clearly still eating and hadn't even finished our wine. Then, shortly after, our server dropped the check on the table without saying anything. My boyfriend finally spoke up and told her that we were still having dinner and that repeatedly being asked about a box was making us feel rushed. We hadn't even finished our wine, which was clearly visible. Her only response was that she was sorry, but there was no explanation for why we were being treated that way. We just left exact cash and just ended up walking out. Unfortunately, the entire dine-in experience gave us a very strange vibe. There seemed to be a lack of awareness among the staff, while the Asian manager was hovering around and very creepily staring, walking in and out of the restaurant peeking through the windows.
