    Shame on you 7/11. Advertise free slurpees then put fake out of service on it so you don't have to give it out free . That is just sad. It obviously works.

    If you don't want to be SCAMMED AND OVER CHARGE multiple time then avoid this place at all cost. I've read older reviews and it seems like this is their thing is scamming people. I used to pay for a purchase that was $37 and he immediately notified me on my end that it went through as I'm grabbing my purchase. The older man tells me that it's been declined mind you on the monitor it said thank you for your purchase. I told him, sir no I've been charged and as I'm trying to show him he wouldn't even look at my phone and continuously told me " Nope Declined " and i said no it not it went through so I go in swipe my card again and this time it took out half the amount which was about $15 so I told him why did it take out $15 and he said again " NOPE DECLINED " extremely rude and as im going back-and-forth with him. This gentleman walks in and pointed at the old man and says you overcharged me I was charged twice. I intervened and said wow same thing is happening to me. So he starts to go off on the man and telling him to bring his purchase back the man was like why would I do that you already charged me twice. So I go to the ATM with the same card and take out $40 and said why did it work at the atm and he ignored me. So I'm thinking that the purchase would just fall off by the time I make it home which is just up the street. By the time I get home, the purchase is still pending so basically a $37 purchase just turned into almost $90!!!!!!! so I went back up there immediately fuming, and going off on these men, and they took no accountability. He then printed a receipt that showed that the purchase was pending. And then try to gaslight me and say see the purchase is just pending. I said you said it didn't go through, but it did. Well, it should fall off soon he said so I said so it did go through.!???? Now I'm waiting for the purchase to be reversed!!! Like why not take accountability why would you rather argue with me and continuously tell me it declined when in all actuality and never declined and they probably have to manually reverse the payment! 0 customer service! They need to be trained on how to deal with customers he argued with me and another man who were overcharged it's not a coincidence that both of us at the same time are saying that we were overcharged within minutes of each other.

    I would rate 0 stars at the moment!!! We've been long time ago of 7-Eleven, but this new location that we have started going to because it is closer to our new home clearly doesn't care about 7-Eleven image!! They overcharge everyone for items that are offered we would order a cheese pizza and they would put in a pepperoni and claim they don't have a button for cheese! Only after we complained, did he physically scan the cheese pizza and even then the normal price is 10 but the discount rate they were promoting just $5 right now and wouldn't even adjust it to that!! They were also running a few drink promotions. They even failed to apply those at our check out!! Unless you order thru the app for the discount rate they REFUSE to honor It at the register!!! when we tell them that price is incorrect and show them the correct price. They speak in a different language in front of us and ignore us over us even on a free Slurpee day just days ago they put out of order signs on their machines so that they didn't have to give away free Slurpee to even been reported on their yelp page. This is a really great 7-Eleven if they would honor the prices and actually do the promotions that 7-Eleven promotes! Will 100% contact corporate!! Pizza was supposed to be 5 the one Mountain Dew, $1 and the Teas were sale for $1 each as well but clearly according to our receipt here they just thought they wouldn't honor prices and overcharge

    Liars and be careful of roundup charges that they randomly charge without mention! Horrible service!

    I stop here every morning to take coffee, the coffee is always fresh. The location is very good, and staff are extremely friendly.

    Every time I come to this gas station, the workers (except the female) would ask me where I'm from…read more LITERALLY EVERY TIME. In the beginning, I would entertain and reply with my ethnicity but it's gotten to a point where you're now just being weird and racist. I have tried ignoring the question, but the men here don't stop asking until they get an answer out of me. "You Korean? Chinese?     I've been going to this location for over 5yrs now and never had a problem until this past Sunday…read morenight (8-10-2025, around 11pm). I was walking home from work and decided to stop to get a snack and a couple other things. When I walked in the door I showed the beverage I walked in with so the cashier would know not to charge me for it. He just started saying "no". I asked him what he is talking about and he says "no means no". I say I didn't ask anything and ask what he is saying no to. He says "no service". I ask why and he goes back to repeating "no, no, no". I leave, call what I think is this location, but was actually another up the street. They do try to hear, understand and help and told me to come back, so I ended up going back to the same location I left (thinking they would help me now) but was disrespected by the guy again. I never had a problem during the day, but that over night guy gotta get retrained or go. Def don't recommend this place. Go to the next one up foothill. They give way better service!!

    Previous station was unforunately burnt down -- so after months, and months, 76 Grand Liquor Gas…read moreand Food opened -- with a modernized facility - though a slight slack of grand opening. Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I understand that there is a policy they have to follow, but it didn't make sense. When I asked for clarification, Marquese repeatedly responded, "I don't know how many times I have to tell you that there's a policy," without offering any real explanation. I made it clear that I understood there was a policy, but I didn't understand why it existed. The employees then suggested I might be trying to pick up the same order at two different locations at the same time, which didn't make sense because the order only listed one address--this location. They said that unless I confirmed the order through the app, they couldn't release it, even though I had the correct name and the unique code. The issue was that the order was placed on my wife's phone under her name, and I only had screenshots. This has never been a problem anywhere else--we've placed many mobile orders before, and typically only a name or code is required. They told me the only way I could get the order was if my wife came in herself. That wasn't possible and was a major inconvenience. Since they wouldn't release the order, we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Overall, it was a very frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would not recommend this location.
