After doing hours of research on the fillings it left me even more anxious knowing my kid had to fast be sedated and injected for a cavity. When loosing hope I found a post on laser fillings for cavities, which is non invasive. I quickly came On yelp to find my nearest option and I came across this dentistry. If we were informed that such technology exists less children would be traumatized. The staff here is beyond amazing and helpful. My kid is 3 years old and did amazing. Thanks to this option. We were done unless then an hour and ready to go eat after this. 100/10 recommend. They take all insurances I have medical and only had to pay a small fee out of pocket

I've never witnessed any rudeness from the front desk--ever. Quite the opposite, actually. The woman at the desk has always been polite, professional, and low-key. There's no "group of girls" up front like one review implied--just one adult woman doing her job calmly and efficiently. This is not an office where they sugar-coat things or fake-smile you into overspending. It's a quiet, no-frills, respectful environment. If you're expecting cheerleader-level enthusiasm or someone to fluff your ego while swiping your credit card, this might not be the place for you. But if you want honest care without theatrics, I'd recommend this office without hesitation. Not every medical setting needs to feel like a customer service theme park. Some people confuse "not being chatty" with "being rude." That hasn't been my experience here, and I'd hate to see a solid office get misrepresented because a few people didn't get the exact vibe they were hoping for!

George Tao is a crook!…read more Not only was my time wasted keeping me in the waiting room for over 45 minutes beyond my appointment time during each visit, but had the gall to up-charge my twice-yearly cleaning (with Delta Dental Insurance) by $300 claiming it as "deep" cleaning. And that was just for the upper teeth on my first visit. Additionally, Tao claimed that a previous filling was suspect and that I should have a crown placed over that tooth. When I told him that I would consider that at some future point in time, Tao threatened me by telling me that if I did not take care of this right away because he recommended the procedure, the insurance company would not help pay for it if and when it became a problem. So, on my second visit a week later, yet another $300 up-charge for the lower teeth! Then Tao began to administer a numbing agent in order to prepare me for the crown he recommended. I had to remind him I would consider that at some future point in time, and at this time I do not approve this treatment. Additionally, Tao recommended a dental rinse (with the reference that his dad uses this every night), and failed to mention that would be another $45 added to my bill. I was then scheduled for a third visit, an earliest time available follow up visit 5 months later, of which I had to reschedule, so 7 months later, Tao says I missed my "3" month cleaning and would have to charge me an additional $150. When I mentioned I have Delta Dental insurance and they say I get a dental exam with X-rays and 2 cleanings per year as part of my coverage, Tao claims he was taught in dental school how to perform in his practice and not what Delta Dental Insurance covers. So I got up out of the dental chair, accused Tao of nickel and diming his customers through up-charges, and walked out of that facility. Tao abuses his privilege as a professional, and preys on the elderly for additional income. Not recommended !!!
