So sorry he bothered you with questions. The other EMT was more understanding & professional Another one that breaks my heart to have to review the negative experience that our loved one has here. It appears that all almost post acute/hospice services including physical therapy services lack quality care. My daughter chose this facility, primarily because it's the closest location accessible to her, and literally walking distance to the hospital, which he would be transported to since he's paralyzed. That said, I'm just very disappointed. The recent negative reviews are accurate. The response time when he presses a button or we press a button while we're there visiting him at times is very unacceptable period. I get that they're understaffed, but for all of the money that the VA is paying for him to be there, you would think they would at least hire a few more people, and he's not the only veteran. there are a lot of veterans that are there, and they're not well taken care of. And I'm saying this based on his experience and what we've witnessed - all family members, friends and his former coworkers from the base-March Air Force. The other issue that is disturbing, is that some of the younger staff, particularly the younger males & the trainees (don't exactly know what their titles are), I've caught laughing right in front of him, making fun of him to his face, most of them smell like weed, and complaining! Complaining about him right in his face. He's not quite dead yet, and he's still coherent and understands what's going on. It's just very disrespectful and quite cruel! They also make fun of him because he's freezing, and he has two or three blankets, and constantly asking for thicker socks, and for the temperature to be warmer, and at times he's confused because of dementia, but he still coherent at times, (which is a majority of the time), he just has his moments. Now I want to give 5 stars to the head nurse, which I forgot her name,, 2-3 female nurses that are working on the C rooms section , I can't remember their names, but they are always empathetic to him including the one young gentlemen, with blonde hair & accent, he always remembers us. And last, but not at least, the 2 receptionists at the sign-in desk-entrance, if I forgotten anybody for praise. I apologize and can update this review later, because I do believe in giving credit where it's due. But for all the staff that laughed at him, complained about him and treated our loved one poorly and disrespectful. Shame on you!! The day is going to come when it's going to be your loved one, perhaps a spouse going through the same exact situation as they get old. Maybe you'll remember how badly you treated these folks-karma is a bi%#!

Emily and Jennifer always ask about my children and always make sure that I'm doing OK. It's like they are besties that I haven't seen in a long time no matter how long it's been since they've seen me. I have observed their interaction with others and it's always polite and respectful. It's rare to see people that enjoy helping people any way possible. Even if that's just asking about their family. The front office is nice and clean. I love that they have products for sale that can help your recovery. I've seen pillows and purchased muscle relaxing cream that has definitely been a lifesaver. I like how clean the restroom is. The soap smells good and there's always air freshener and toilet paper and paper towels. I've never had an issue. I haven't use any of the other services that the chiropractic center offers, but I know that they have a room for physical therapy. There's a tool that Dr. Tony Chu uses and it helps my back every single time. I usually come in when I get a cramp in my neck or when my life has been so stressful. He is very educated in his field and I always have questions. It's nice that they take my insurance and I've never had an issue in that area. I would like to really say thank you to the doctor and the Frontline staff with the professionalism and the intent that they have in caring about me and my family. I've never had an issue with parking or getting in to be seen. I don't know if there are cancellation fees but this is one place you will not regret coming back to.

I can't emphasize enough how much they helped me in my recovery process. Liam and Nina answered all my questions & addressed my concerns. After being consistent with my home excercises & pt sessions, I felt major progress in my knee pain within the first week. All the home excercises were helpful and explained thoroughly by Nina and Liam. One time, I accidentally went to my appt. 4 days early, and they squeezed me in that same day. During the 6 weeks, they were very patient and empathic. The front desk receptionist, Maribel, remembers every patients' names, greets them, and always wishes them a great day as they leave. Despite having alot to manage, she made sure I was always taken care of. It helped me keep motivated to heal during these tough times in the world. He loves seeing Ms Diane come out and get him for Occupational Therapy. Once he loses focus on the activity, she has something else ready to gain his focus back. He has improved so much with her and always reaches for her hand to exit his therapy session and walk out with her smiling. He adores his speech therapist Ms Krista. Her energy fills the room with joy. He reaches for her to show his love and is so happy to play with her. I love how much he has improved with her help. She's not afraid to be silly to actually bond with my son. Therapy is only half an hour, but that's perfect so my son won't get overwhelmed. And both Ms Diane's and Ms Krista's attention are dedicated to my son.
