I visited the clinic at 2226 Medical Center Drive, Suite 102 for an initial workers' compensation…read moreevaluation with Dr. Jose R. Morales, MD. Unfortunately, my experience there was very disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. The first issue was the extremely long wait time. I was called up and then sent back to sit down again, and by the time I was actually taken in to see the doctor, the wait had been so long it felt like I could have taken a nap in the waiting room. When I was finally examined, the equipment in the room appeared outdated and the environment was cold and uncomfortable. There was also an intern assisting who seemed unsure how to operate the equipment. During the examination, Dr. Morales' demeanor made me feel as though he had already decided I did not need treatment. His questioning felt repetitive and interrogative rather than focused on understanding my condition. After the test results came back, he immediately commented that I was "knock-kneed," which did not seem relevant to the injury I was there for. Later, when I reviewed his report, I noticed that some statements in the report were never discussed with me during the appointment. Because of these concerns, I requested a second opinion. I was given another appointment and told I would see a different doctor in a nearby suite. However, when I arrived, I was redirected back to Suite 102 and told I would again be seeing Dr. Morellis. When I questioned this, I was given an explanation suggesting he was somehow the second opinion, which made no sense. At that point I felt very uncomfortable and declined to proceed. After leaving, I contacted the workers' compensation district office to report my experience. I felt the visit lacked professionalism and genuine concern for my medical condition. While I'm sure many staff members there may be kind people, my experience with the evaluation process and the physician was not positive, and it is not a facility I would recommend.

As I get older, the aches and pains and lesser flexibility become more frequent and often painful…read more One of the recommendations my newest PCP gave me was to seek out the services of a Physical Therapist. I researched a large number of in-network PT companies, but PacificPro caught my eye for the very large, consistent number of very positive reviews from both current and former patients, for all of their office locations I reviewed. I called an made an appointment and spoke with a very personable person who initiated my insurance file over the phone. Soon new patient intake forms were mailed to me to fill out and submit on-line. You have to wait for the email, the Pacific Pro website does not have any forms you can download despite showing that there are forms. Upon arrival I met with Amber, who again was very personable and professional, explaining what my portion of each PT session will be and what my insurance carrier will cover. I soon met my Physical Therapist, Jack. He and I chatted about my issues which gave him a better idea of my course to recovery or at least how to alleviate the pain and symptoms both a home and work environment. He explained some of the medical symptoms and causes that was easily understood, he was really easy to talk to, friendly and enthusiastic that he could teach me easy to implement exercise and stretches to help me recover. He had one of his aides, a young lady, teach me some additional stretching exercises that I can do, and she was equally patient & friendly as Jack. This office was pretty busy when I came in today, but this location is very clean, hygienic and well kept. Just after one session, I definitely feel a little bit better and have a bit more flexibility I didn't have when I walked in. I am looking forward to improving my health with PacificPro's Lake Elsinore location, though I pretty confident that you will equally impressed with staff & equipment hygiene at any of their other locations.

She immediately makes you feel at home. The physical therapy team here is the best we've ever come across. Ross, Shaun, and Olivia have each worked with my grandson, and the level of care they provide is outstanding. They take the time to explain every procedure, not only to the patient but also to the parents, ensuring everyone understands the process and feels comfortable. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to helping their patients heal sets them apart. My grandchildren are all wrestlers or involved in other sports, and we've been to many therapy centers over the years. None have compared to the quality of care we've received here. If insurance allows, this will be the only place we come from now on -- and I will happily recommend it to every parent in the sports community. This Physical Therapy Center is truly amazing. You won't regret choosing it for your care.

I had originally left my therapist and was here on a trial basis and come here because the other…read moreplace was too aggressive with treatments. He said all I had to do was call to schedule more appts. Well I did, and the secretary argued with me and said I needed a brand new referral. I told her what he had said, and said "Ok" so he had given me the wrong information. I went ahead and requested more sessions. I'm going through a lot right now and can't even eat at my own house. I have multiple injuries, I already had to wait to be seen because my NP sent the wrong recommendation so I had to wait additional days after waiting the week, then let them know I had jury duty and asked if they wanted me to schedule then cancel or wait they said wait. They called me to schedule after I left the note and I said "I'm waiting on jury duty." Then I scheduled all my appts, I tend to run late from ADHD which medication doesn't work for me, and chronic fatigue. I had period fatigue, fever and chills and was sick 3 weeks, then more fatigue, and have been trying to catch up on errands with the little energy I have. So I knew I would need more sessions since all the trials came up. I had a random bout of fatigue today, even though I quit caffeine 3 weeks ago for it to help, but hadn't showered and didn't want to show up gross for my appt and figured I could show up a little bit late but was rushing. I have showed up late many times before and was getting more on time each time. They started calling me to make sure I'm on the way awhile back, so this time I called to let them know I would be 10 minutes late, they said it was fine. I get there and they say the therapist won't see me and that they tried to call me back. I haven't heard about this policy change. I said "I don't need the therapist I've already seen the therapist for evaluation I just need the other guy." She said he didn't want to see me past 10 minutes late. I said "It's 3 minutes past. I just need my exercises." And explained that I have a pre-existing health condition chronic fatigue (they done care), as well as ADHD that makes me run late (they don't care), and can't eat at my house. I also explained I'm dealing with other injuries knee and elbow and just trying to get back to work. She said "I can ask him if he can change it" I said "You can or you can't? Because you just told me you can't so which is it?" 0 empathy for mental, physical, or life's circumstances or food insecurity or life safety issues for the customers. The left foot doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and I came here because the other place was too aggressive with treatments, but at least they don't turn me away when life gets in the way and I'm on the verge of mental breakdown every day. I told the secretary "I know everyone is going through something but I'm going through more than you." They need to come down off their high horse and consider that times are tough and not everyone can have an easy life. - Telling me to schedule more if I need them - Deny me and make me request more sessions (wrong information) - Don't care that I had to wait longer for my NPs wrong scheduling (no empathy) - Bug me for scheduling the week of jury duty after I already told them I have jury duty and telling me not to schedule yet when I came in in person and they said don't schedule yet - No update that they changed their policy - Okayed me coming in 10 minutes late even though I've never called ahead of time like that so they punished me for updating them - Then changed their mind when I got there and said I'm 3 minutes too late whereas every other time I've been late and they're still getting paid and I'm getting less of a workout whereas I could have taken a nap from chronic fatigue Unprofessional, bipolar, rude, unempathetic, back and forth. Don't come here. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 1-2 weeks to go to the other place and let my ankle get WORSE, blocking me from more jobs. Gave me exercises that I couldn't replicate at home so then literally what is the point. Praying God humbles all of you because this is incredibly unprofessional and disgusting.
