They were anxious to listen, and quickly set up a time THAT DAY to come over to take a look. When David arrived, he quickly took a look and explained my options. He took the unit and promised to have it back the next day. I received a call later that evening, explaining what he had found (memory chip died) and gave me further options for upgrading and repairing my laptop. What a fantastic company! Found this company initially…read morethrough Craigslist and then went to their website which appears in the Craigslist ad. Was looking for someone to move a cable outlet, do some installations of some new cable boxes and help my parents learn to use their new home theater entertainment center and multifunction remote. Muss, the owner, responded back to the email I sent him within a few hours. This was sent late Thursday afternoon. He was available to come to their home and complete the work on Saturday late afternoon. What he found, when he completed some of that work was old, antiquated wiring that couldn't support the new HD cable boxes. Also found 5 splitters and a crappy job likely done by the cable company. Everything he encountered he was able to resolve. Unfortunately not everything could be completed on Saturday, but he made arrangements with them to return on Sunday morning to finish the job. He made it look easy and is incredibly reasonable. Though I no longer live in that area, I will refer him every chance I get and I highly recommend using him for these and other IT, telecommunications, networking, etc... work.

Instead of having to make an appointment with Apple and travel to them, Michael from Metro Tech came to my house and picked up the laptop. I had dropped my MacBook Air and the screen was distorted. The repair took a little over two weeks, and Michael stayed in touch with me the whole time. He was extremely diligent and made sure the screen was in top condition before returning it to me, in person, at my home. Highly recommend Metro Tech Group.
