As the day went on I kept checking the status being told over and over again it would be there on time. 30 min before the viewing was to take place I called again to find out that they were not able to deliver it that day but would take it to the residence the following day. This is totally unacceptable and a disappointment to our family. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if it is something that is truly important.

Once I found out where the order was filled I tried to reach out to see why they would fill an order they CLEARLY CANT FILL and both numbers that are online for this company are not a direct shop numbers, one doesn't even work and the second is a personal cell phone for someone named Nick and apparently Nick would rather text a customer instead of answering the phone. He also was extremely rude saying "what do you need a new order?" No I need to speak with someone about an order, was my response and he has ignored the text ever since. Don't shop here unless you want a hideous arrangement and poor customer service. Don't waste your time and money. ESP if your getting arrangements for something emotionally taxing because this will make it all that much worse.

Not only is the quality of rentals excellent (better than any kayak/board rental i've ever used) but the staff is extremely friendly and generous! They were able to deliver and pickup our rentals which made things very easy for us. We thoroughly enjoyed going out on the lake several times and were able to take 2 adults and 5 kids out at once with just the tandem and SUP. Would definitely use for future family camping trips!

I have been getting the run around since the first time I told Brandon there was a problem in May of 2020 He told me it would be challenging to fix properly, but he never told me that he wasn't going to fix it. First I was told I'd have to wait for the water to warm up, then he never returned my calls until it was time to close the pool. The next season it was the same, as soon as the water gets warm I'll come fix it. And then my calls and texts were ignored all season. I was hopeful that 2022 was the summer it was going to be fixed finally. Since no one answers the phone at the retail shop and no one takes messages off the machine I went there personally to see if it was ever going to be made right. At that point Brandon starting yelling at me, saying that he told me it was going to be hard to fix and that he's told me that before. I left their store in tears. I have never been treated this way before, and never expect to be treated that way again. Until this liner problem, I was a happy customer. I feel their handling of this situation is fraudulent, and yelling at a woman customer is never acceptable. We paid over $6,000 for this new liner, and now our pool is barely usable.

It has been nearly 3 months since accepting the quote, and I have received NO WORD from the company. At the time of the quote, they stated the door would be shipped in mid-March due to manufacturing delays. After no communication in February or March, I reached out to the company. Their response, "Sorry, the door should arrive in two weeks." It's now been two weeks, AGAIN, no word from the company, complete RADIO SILENCE. I am utterly sadden by the communication and service of this company.
