His bed broke and I called the company to do a repair. They told me multiple times people were being sent out to take care of it, and it never happened. I was also told multiple times I would get a call from a supervisor, and that never happened. My father was left with an unnecessary safety risk for days on end due to the incompetence of this company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I took my son to his doctors for the physical and prescription. I called today 3/4/26 after not hearing from anyone in four months. I was told they had no information on file other than a prescription with not enough information on it. I asked why wasn't I contacted, they said they had no contact information for me. I spoke with another receptionist and she said it wasn't true, they had both address and phone number on file. I contacted the OT and she told me that they said they closed the case. I was not notified about this. They are very unprofessional and they are liars. I am very hurt and disappointed. My Son is in need of a wheelchair that's accustomed to his body. He also has dislocated hips. I have dealt with Nu Motion, National Seating and Mobility they were also unsupportive and non commuting, the worst as well. The most painful thing is my son is not able to walk, talk or do anything for himself, and we rely on facilities like this to help us and the staff only want a paycheck. They can care less about my child and others like him. I would never recommend anyone to use these services.

I worked with someone who had to wear them and she told me how hard they were to get on/off. I reluctantly agreed and was assured insurance would cover the cost. Two months later I got a bill from the medical supply store. When I called I was on hold for fifteen minutes and when she got back on she forgot why I was calling. When I questioned why I received a bill she was extremely rude and told me that I didn't remember my conversation from two months ago. I called my insurance company and found out that I should never have been billed.
