I called back and let her know that she did not have to hang up on me, and that was very rude of her to do so. My normal experience -- is I can provide my insurance when I walk in and I had it. Ultimately it led to them saying they could not see me at all, of which was a WASTE OF TIME and INCONVENIENCE. When I let them know about their attitude , tone and demeanor the woman in the back corner actually with an abrasive attitude confirmed "you were talking to Me" This was a TERRIBLE first experience. I had never heard of someone's gums being too big…read more.. Until my son got braces and they said that they could not get his front teeth together because his gums were to big. In comes this establishment. They took care of it... a short laser surgery later and my sons braces are back on track. The were great to my boy and he handled everything well! Really good people and the surgery was quick and almost painless. They made my son comfortable and treated him right! I really appreciate the people here... what could have been traumatic was a piece of cake thanks to them!

I spoke with someone named "Keith" who sounded like he either worked for a call center or this was his first call. I explained the urgency and was first offered an appointment 6 weeks out. When I questioned that and offered that we could really go to any location, he was only able to bring that forward by 4 weeks to mid- June. Maybe I got the wrong agent, but it would seem most practices are more accommodating of urgent care scenarios. As it stands, I'm unlikely to use this practice for any of my needs simply because apathy at the front desk usually has deeper roots.

That is my kind of dental experience! Later that evening Dr. Bodapoti texted me to check on how I was doing and gave me some advice about treating potential congestion. She has a good chair-side manner. She explained what my teeth required and different options for addressing it. I had three options (awesome!). I was able to return to my general dentist and discuss this because she spoke with him about her findings. I have a long-term dental plan with him, so this was important. This resulted in my choice of services with Dr. Bodapoti. Her staff stayed in contact with me before my procedures. No one acted annoyed when I would call with *another* question. I am so glad that Dr. Bodapoti is now a key member of my dental team. She's a superior periodondist!

Dr. Williamson operates a very smooth-running practice. Every staff interaction I had (front desk, nurses, techs) was excellent and you can tell there's just good teamwork going on here. I made a special request for my surgical operation and was super grateful that Dr. Williamson was willing to accommodate it. He and Sarah had excellent bedside manner during my operation - it went quick and painless. The recovery was (somewhat predictably) miserable for the first week. I had a few questions about the discomfort I was experiencing and was so appreciative of the staff that went out of their way to proactively check in on me and get answers. They even reached out to Dr. Williamson about one issue on his day off which they didn't have to do. Just had my post-op today follow-up today, a couple weeks later, and everything is in great shape. Despite the challenges in recovery so grateful to have this out of the way and gums that are good to go (as Dr. Williamson put it) for life! Though the office will still bill insurance for you, I could have saved some money working with an in-network provider. However, I think this operation in particular benefits from Dr. Williamson's wealth of experience - my understanding is there's a lot of nuances in sourcing and shaping graft tissue.
