Once the shower was fixed we paid them and will be hiring someone else to finish the grout and mistake in flooring around door frame. Attention to detail doesn't appear to be a priority to Simon. We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet.
