They have a huge selection of guns, and rifles. If you want to try one without a membership, there is a fee. But with certain memberships, I think it is free. Our time on the range was good. What we received for our membership was a plus. The line for members was a little long. They only had one line open. Eventually a man came and opened another lane, but this was for non-members.

Range was nice but we got swindled on 2 lanes for 15 min each. It took too long to get us checked…read morein and then demanded we pack up sharp at 8 pm because they wanted to close even though each lane still had 15 min left. At minimum they should have offered us a partial refund or 1/2 hour credit to another day.

An Absolutely Fantastic First Experience at Range USA!…read more My husband Mike, my dad Tom, and I recently visited Range USA, and it had been a really long time since the three of us had been to a shooting range together. This was our first experience at Range USA, and from the moment we walked through the door, we felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of. Heather was absolutely amazing! She immediately made us feel comfortable, welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm, and gave us a mini-tour of the facility. She walked us over to the safety video terminals and even took the time to share some of the history of Range USA. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable before heading onto the range. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Then we met Derek, our Range Safety Officer, and WOW. He was outstanding. Because the facility was relatively quiet that evening, Derek had extra time to work with us--and he absolutely took advantage of it in the best possible way. He gave us helpful suggestions on stance, safety, technique, and ways to improve our shooting. He was attentive without being overbearing, encouraging without making us feel inexperienced, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping us. By the time we left the range, all three of us were already saying, "We need to come back when Derek is working!" He was THAT good. And Heather was there waiting for us when we came back out of the range, checking in to see how everything went and offering suggestions for future visits. She even told us about Ladies' Night, which sounds like an absolute blast! My dad Tom is 72 years old, and he told Heather--loud and proud--that he will most definitely be back! He absolutely loved the range and the facility. Thank you, Range USA, for giving the three of us such a fantastic experience. It wasn't just the facility that impressed us--it was the people. Heather and Derek went above and beyond to make our first visit comfortable, safe, fun, and memorable. Range USA, you have definitely gained three new fans! We can't wait to come back. Then I called them on the phone. I spoke to a young gentleman named Phil. Who immediately hooked me up with the right membership. Ever just meet someone and know you are going to like them? That's Phil! And as I later learned, everyone I've come into contact with that worked there. They were all so friendly, they immediately put me at ease. And made me feel welcome! They turned a seriously nervous newbie into a less nervous Novice... From Heather who worked with me before going into the range. To Mike that helped me with the waiver process. And Joe who kept me from making a mistake with my poor grip. And really made me feel more confident. I can only hope all of my future visits go as well!

Having discovered this hidden gem accidentally via Google, we made this archery range the first…read morestop of the day for our friend's bachelor party. Our group arrived around 10 am on a Saturday, just after an actual class was finishing up, and we were able to start immediately after a bit of hassle with paying (be forewarned: they only take cash). Given that none of us had ever shot a bow before, we were apprehensive at first, but the instructor was very understanding, and even stated immediately that his first priority was safety, and secondarily to improve our technique. He seemed rather strict, but I know it was so no one ended up with an arrow to the knee. In particular, he was extremely clear about when we were to shoot and even how to safely remove the arrows from the targets. Internally, I laughed because I've been to gun ranges with less detailed focus on safety. Once the group had shot a few rounds, the real fun began: he gave us some historical background on how commanders would command archers to loose their arrows, and even had us reenact the scene by having the bachelor issue the same commands to our group! If that's not a good start to a bachelor party, what is?

The ratio of staff to students was 1 to 15 so by the time it was my turn to try it was so late and I was tired, couldn't see straight, and had to hang it up. We had already sat in a classroom for hours. There were two kids in the class who required more attention and the instructor did his best but there were just too many people. A lot of us left before we got to actually try shooting. I heard there used to be a lower staff to student ratio but the corporation got greedy. I'll have find another place to learn. All that time and money (I had to buy the class, rent a weapon, and buy ammo that I now have zero use for) and I've still never shot a gun. So disappointed.

The homemade lures is what got my attention, they have some great selections on those. The owner was such a joy to speak with! She's very knowledgeable about the area fishing and made some great suggestions for the species I was targeting. What I really enjoyed was the interaction with the customers coming in for bait, the stories they have and recommendations on tackle was priceless.
