Looking up on the the top of the dressing room you can see the pile of dust. I coughed the entire time I was in store, after leaving the dressing room. Not to mention the trouble services I received when I went to the counter to return them, since the store did not have my size. I was told I would have to wait in two lines, even thou the young lady at the counter to order me new ones was not waiting on anyone. She had me wait in line to return them with a cashier, only to call out to the cashier I can return those and order the new ones. After she had me wait for 20 minutes to get to the cashier. As I was walking out I saw a gentlemen and asked him if he was the manager and he said yes. I brought these matters to his attention and as he was walking away he said ok I will take care of the matters with no concern. NEVER AGAIN

I ended up driving to the store but they didn't have the item that I wanted. Still, the store didn't have a bare wall or empty space as it was packed with merch. They also have "outlet"/ clearance/ final sale items in the back of the store. One employee was rude to me - I tried on a jacket but wasn't sure about the fit. She asked me with an attitude - how do you expect it to fit?

Service is pretty good, they are willing to answer all your questions and be very patient. Problem is this store is kind of out of the way, it is very noticeable next to I-75 but it is also hidden behind Oakland Mall.

I have 2 Nalgene bottles from here and I still have them after 3-4 years in good condition. This place has sales and a very popular place on MSU's campus even without sales. The staff doesn't burden you and let's you shop but can answer questions you have. My friends have bought sweatshirts and tshirts from here and they still have them in good quality. The sweatshirts are on the more expensive side but come in so many colors that they are preeeeety. :) If you're into North Face, they have a ton of NF apparel.

If not then they will assist you in finding it and/or point you in the right direction. They won't sell you a product just to make a sale. Brian the owner has set me up with multiple rod/reel combos best suited to what I'm looking to use them for. Helped me with fit to size waders and wading boots. All the guys are very knowledgeable in fly tying and their products because they actually use their own products. Have never had a sub par experience. I've on multiple occasions dropped by just to ask questions or look around and haven't bought anything just because I love the place so much. Also good on keeping fish reports and water flow levels up to date. I'd be hard pressed to give my business anywhere else. Take a peek at some of their fly tying/fly fishing tutorials. They've earned my business from here on out.
