The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

Water seems soft but it doeant seem to remove any other toxic elements no more or does less This was especially disappointing because they advertise that these tanks should last 5 to 10 years. Based on my experience, the performance declined much sooner than expected, and I did not feel like the issue was taken seriously or properly evaluated.

Here is what unfolded recently ... My vacation home is a 150 miles away from my main home and I am hardly ever there. So I had to trust Ben completely when he said that he had replaced the well pump motor and that the well was now in good working order. Ben was not happy when I asked if it was okay to pay him in several days giving me time to verify the wells status. His previous temporary fix a week earlier didn't work at all, so I was a bit reluctant to pay this time without checking it out. Despite my hesitancy, he demanded that I pay him immediately via a credit card. So I paid in full based on what I believed was his honorable reputation. The well did work for a couple of watering cycles, but 2-3 weeks later it failed once again. Ben went out to investigate and stated that it was a minor issue and that he would fix it in couple weeks. About 2.5 weeks later, with temps close to 100 degrees and a lot of dying plants, I called Ashley his assistant to convey some urgency. She assured me that he would be out in a few days to make the repairs. Needless to say, he never showed up, nor were any of my increasingly desperate calls to his office ever returned.

Then promptly scheduled and made all repairs expertly. Later when my well was acting up Walter came and found a leak in an irrigation pipe that was causing the well to cycle continuously. Walter took it upon himself to cap the leak and solve my problem. Whenever I have any issues with my well, I call North American Drilling. Upon Contacting Sam Crum he had all of my Water Well's history and information from my file with S&S water. They pulled the pump and explained what happened and how to prevent it. Upon doing so, they asked if we'd like to upgrade the pipe. To which I declined because "it's just a pipe." After a little research and talks, we arrived at a happy median. To which he explained "please do not put those pipes back in. I am not comfortable knowing they're going back in there." So one day I see water coming out of my drive way so I call a plumber and he realizes that I have a…read moreproblem with my septic system and tells me to find a specialist. So I call my home warranty Co, they send a plumber that gives me a scary high price and describes the problem as a non functioning seepage pit, basically the 30 feet pit is not percolating( soil is not absorbing into the water), so it's getting full and water is coming out. I called 4 contractors Tim at Valley Drilling was the only one that didn't give me any shit(joke inserted) about getting a permit and didn't charge me extra for minor extra work. Tim sent his worker including Angel( 15+ year experience guy who worked like he was 25) and Steve the new guy. Both of them stayed till the very end. He also send 2 drillers that have been doing this work since they were kids with their dad. I think at the end I had about 50 years of experience dealing with my shitty problem. I even had the county inspector pop up and give his blessing. At the end Tim was solid on his price I was very happy they worked with my cement guy on getting every ready for a new drive way.
