I contacted them to check out an issue that had been intermittent for over a year but was getting worse. They responded right away and came out to inspect the problem within a few days. We discussed all of the options. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the details of what they recommended. I gave them the green light and they started the job within a few days and finished when they said they would. The well works better now than it has in the 20 years since I had it installed. I had my well drilled in the year 2005 and had no problems for 10 years. we replaced a pump few years ago after the original one wore out after 10 years. I've had awesome experiences with Independent Well Drilling. Someone left a review saying he's an old Iranian guy, he's not Iranian he's polish. He's very honest. When I've had issues the response time to get to my place has always been quick. I have horses so being without water is not an option. The prices he charges are industry standard. I wont use anyone else for well repairs. A friend who has a horse boarding facility had her well stop working. He was to her place in less than two hours. He got her up and running again quickly and didn't charge an arm an a leg to do it. People don't realize wells and all the parts associated with it aren't cheap. And sometimes if a quote is given is going off an over the phone diagnosis. When actually troubleshooting the issue can be completely different. I guess everyone has their own experiences with business but my experience with this business has always been great. read more

Be very careful when choosing this company. They seem to know how to drill the well, but that's it. They don't have a clue how to properly set up everything to deliver water to the end source. They also have a lot of expensive equipment failures. read more

Charles placed a well for us 7 years ago. It has worked flawlessly. Working with Charles during the digging and setting up the well was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and knew exactly what we needed for our large yard. Fast forward 7 years with flawless functioning of the well until yesterday when the power company shut of power to our neighborhood for a scheduled maintenance. When they turned the power back on, the well did not come on. After checking the circuits I called Independent Well after hours. Charles called me right back even though it was at night. He was out first thing the next morning and had the well working in a few minutes (and taught me how to use the reset button correctly). He's a good guy and this is a great company. read more
