Kiosk ask some odd questions that force you to go to the counter to ask things like, what is pressed hot? By the time the lady had time to answer my question, my order was timed out and I had to start all over. Then my chicken cutlet ssandwich comes with broccoli rabe, but the kiosk suggested I add it and pay more for it. WHAT? The friendly lady came out from behind the counter to help me with the order. Then she asked for my email address and phone numberto complete the order. WHAT?
