Kept asking him if he had "pooped" himself anymore, and then proceeded to tell me he had an accident at school, and she had told him to turn his underwear inside out. Ew! Was working on another client the same time as me, and it took almost THREE HOURS just to color my hair. Needless to say, they are never getting my business again.

However, after moving to Delaware almost 5 years ago, I tried a handful of different salons (even waiting to get my haircut until I was visiting Boston where I had a stylist I liked) until I finally found Tiana at Salon 926, who has been amazing. She is easy to talk to, always supportive of whatever hair-related requests I make, and offers honest advice when appropriate. She has never made me feel guilty about my total neglect of my hair (which has happened at other salons). As an added bonus, she always offers to curl my hair at the end, making me feel even more glam. The salon itself is clean and staff is courteous. There's a cute selection of jewelry and accessories for sale that you can browse while you wait. Making an appointment is easy --- you can request times you want online, and they'll confirm with you via email or phone. This time, despite a relatively restrictive schedule, they were able to find me an evening appointment with my preferred stylist within 1 week of my request. Prices have always been reasonable as well. Definitely planning to return on a regular basis and would highly recommend Salon 926 and Tiana to all!

Went to purchase an individual product from the kit. It cost $111.00. Went to buy same individual product the price was jacked up to $130.00. I WAS DONE. Price gauging at my expense. So I stopped going . No follow up or wellness check/call. Andrea out of the blue sends me a promotional text about her services. I didn't respond. Then she sends me another text addressing me properly by name asking me how I am which was the text she should of sent me first. We have to do better by customers who allow themselves to be vulnerable and come to you for help. ESPECIALLY if they are spending thousands of dollars for services. #dobetter!

Andrea has a warm and welcoming personality and we found all sorts of subjects to discuss. She is extremely knowledge about all things regarding hair processes and products. A lot of people recommended What's On Top. After checking a few salon web pages this salon just stuck out to me. I called for an appointment the gentleman who answered the was very polite and helpful. He asked a few questions as to what I was looking for and set me up with the owner Karen. The salon is very nice and clean. Is not a big salon I believe they only had three chairs but very welcoming and comfortable. Karen the owner is so nice and friendly. She makes you feel right at home. Actually all of the employees are very friendly. Karen asked me what I wanted and I showed her a couple of pictures from Pinterest for hair color and style. She brings out a couple of color samples and what she suggested would look nice together. Even the hair cut I wasn't 100% sure exactly what I wanted but she was so helpful. All I can say when Karen was done I loved my hair she did such a wonderful job. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. I will definitely be going back to What's On Top.
