The general salon and waiting area was a bit too loud for my daughter but when she went to get her hair washed, we noticed a "Quiet waiting area"!! I love this fact, especially for my child who is autistic. My daughter loved the hair massage as her hair was prepped for cutting. The hairdresser was calm, friendly and really listened to what we wanted. She was great at matching the pictures that we brought for examples.
