He locked my car up even though they try paying NUMEROUS WAYS and left them stranded on the side of the street. I have called the cops. Even in front of the officers he tried refusing to take card payment when it clearly states he does at the paying window. He wanted to be an asshole. Mind you the card is in my name and I have my ID. First, i showed up recommended by another mechanic that couldn't perform the job that was supposedly rquiered on my 2007 Expedition, apparently some suspension rods needed to be replaced in the rear and the car couldn't be aligned until this was done. I had to drop it and leave since i had already planned a trip up north on the bike. The weekend goes by and Monday i received a call that no parts at all needed to be replaced, just adjunstments, and the car had been aligned and ready to be picked up. That says a lot abouth their honesty. One month later, i took it to see if they could figure out a braking issue i had had for over a year but no mechanic had been able to point out the problem... again, dropped it and got a call the following day with their findings, i gave the ok to proceed and two days later came back to retrieve it. I took it to TN that same week, put almost 3k miles on it in that trip and still up to today the car is running great. I wouldn't bother them with simple things like oil change and the like but for actual mechanical issues i wouldn't trust anybody else other than these guys... they are good!
