We asked the cashier to see if he could help, but when he couldn't figure it out either, he got his supervisor to step in. We went through 3 pairs of wipers before we found one that worked. The O'Reilly's team was very pleasant and had a positive attitude through the whole process. What could have been a painful experience ended up being not so bad with these guys making sure we were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase. They had the parts in stock. I spent a lot of money here in parts. They lent me the scan tool and printed out my trouble codes. They also showed me how to clear the codes when I finished. The interior was well kept, and the front parking lot was clean. I normally buy my parts via Rock auto but when I'm in a pinch I tend to go to O'Relly's vs Auto Zone.
