Rapid Cash is very expensive so only go there as a last resort. I went to Walmart two times, different stores, and they wouldn't cash my tribal check. Rapid Cash did it with no problem, but charged me 15 0/0. $85 for a $850 check. The cu service was great though. Very professional, and very nice.. I will definitely go back again if I need to because Rapid Cash goes above and beyond to provide great, professional service. read more

Don't come here if you don't want your time wasted. We waited 30+ minutes and asked the associate to give us our check twice because it was getting to be inconvenient. She told us twice that they're going to check it and to just wait. 20 minutes later we get told we can't cash the check because "Jr" wasn't added to the check. That has never been an issue. If the banks weren't closed we would've never bothered to come to this sketchy predatory place, but we didn't have a choice. read more

Less than one star, I am absolutely angry and irritated after trying so long to get my funds back i went this morning to Rapid Cas on 2710A S. Maryland Pkwy Las Vegas, Nv 89109 with teller FP7 for something as simple as getting a replacement card for revolve finance which i got with them as well they gave me a card with had an amount of $0 and she said you have to activate it to get your funds transferred so I trusted and on my way home was activating the card and it kept saying $0 so i had to go back in there and tell her she said i would have yo call the number on the card so i called in front of her and they said she had created a completely new account instead of just replacing the card on the same account so it would take up to 2 days which they were not sure because sometimes it takes longer or shorter amount of time to access my funds because they had to put a request to transfer my funds to my new account she created for me now i have nothing because i trusted that she knew how to do her job and was well trained until my funds are transferred because i deposited everything into that account. not even for an emergency situation or for gas or for anything my baby will need after this i kepts speaking on the phone with revolve customer service center and they said they did not even know how she did it to create 2 accounts under the same social security number which should not even be possible because there should only be one account per ssn so i told her what they said and she got angry and answered i did nothing wrong i did not make another account and i'm sorry but you're just going to have to fix it with them. All of the employees are super rude at this location. It seems like they are rude everytime that I go in there, not just towards me but towards most of the customers there. This location is the worst. The ladies who work here don't listen or aren't very smart because they make a ton of little mistakes that they wouldn't if they would listen to the customers at the window. Came here to try to cash my payroll check and both doors were locked and their hours of operations say they are open from 9AM-11PM. Both doors were locked, another customer came and they opened the doors. The woman, asked if I ever cashed a check with them before and I said no. She asked if the company I work for was open, and I said no because it's almost 10:30PM. And, she tells me that I can't cash my payroll check because the company I work for isn't open and that I have to wait until Monday because I've never cashed a check from them before. So, basically the company I work for has printed check with the information and my timesheet is still attached to it. What's the point of cashing a printed payroll paycheck if you really can't cash it? I get the checks that's handwritten, but my payroll check just got printed 2 days ago. I have been with Rapid Cash for 10 years. I have not had any major problems until Oct 4th 2019 when I went there to pay my Loan. My Payment date is on the 4th of the month.I arrived there Oct 4 2019 to pay my Loan and the Agent informed me that they attempted to withdraw my Loan on the Oct 1st and the Funds were not available! and they charged me $25.00 for NSF! This has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.There were no Funds available because I get paid on the 4th of the Month!! I was told that it;s going to take 3-7 Business Days for them to receive my Payment. I found out the this new Agent tried to withdraw the funds from my Bank on the Oct 1!! I always go to Rapid Cash on the 4th of the month and I go in person!! I didn't like the Agents "ATTITUDE",she acted like it was my fault!! and she didn't care,if the new Agent was trained properly all she had to do was go into the Database and look at my Payment History!! I'm still waiting for Rapid Cash to Process my Payment! and I want my $25.00 that they charged me for NSF!! read more
