Went in there for a 10am appt. I arrived about 5mins before. I checked in gave her my name. I'm assuming she couldn't find me because she seemed a bit bothered. She told me to take a seat and I'd have to wait since there were a couple of people in front me. What ch I was fine with. But the way she spoke to made me feel like she was hoping I didn't wait. Idk. I paid $1,224 to Rapid Legal Service to handle my divorce from start to finish. They promised to prepare all the paperwork, file everything with the court, and take the case all the way through to a final judgment. That is not what happened. They opened a case with the court, but that case was never finalized. There is no judgment and no Notice of Entry of Judgment in the case they filed. My divorce ended up being completed through a completely different case that Rapid Legal Service did not handle, which means the money I paid them basically went nowhere. The customer service was awful. I called many times asking for updates and help and was ignored over and over. At one point I was even told to stop calling. That's how they treat you after they've already been paid in full. When I asked for a refund because the divorce they filed never went through, they refused and tried to say they had completed the "full scope of services," even though there is still no final judgment in the case they worked on. This whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and felt like a complete waste of money. In my opinion, they care more about collecting fees than actually making sure your divorce is finalized. I would strongly warn anyone thinking of using Rapid Legal Service to look somewhere else. read more

I went here because the reviews were good and it was close to my house. I got my fingerprints done for my license renewal, but it was strangely pending, so I checked and found out that the fingerprint quality was terrible, so I had to do it again. I could have gone back and asked them to do it, but I don't trust this place and I couldn't wait that long again, so I went somewhere else. I paid $79 again and everything was done in less than 5 minutes. I renewed in 3 days, including the weekend. This place didn't even want to give me change when I paid in cash, and the process took over 20 minutes. I do not recommend this place. read more

Need I say more? ON POINT! With all my fellow yelpers. Unnatentive, unwelcoming, chatting about their feet all as I waited in an empty office to be live scanned. There is nothing rapid here so don't let the business name deceive you. I showed up half an hour early and I was made to wait due to their intense gossip. When I asked If I could be taken care of earlier the older woman there with long curly hair made a remark, with an attitude to the effect of... "you have to wait till your appointment at 11 because we're busy." I came here because I was sent here for live scan and not on my dollar otherwise I would have walked out. There are hundreds of life scan and para legal people out there hustling for business. Do yourself and good businesses out there a favor go else where where they can appreciate your business. Oh, and the place can use a good cleaning. Chairs and receiving area are filthy and dingy. read more

Called yesterday to make a 12 pm appointment for a livscan today, and I was greeted by a post it sign saying "back at 12:30 pm" on the front door. Called, and no answer. Also, the lady on the phone was half listening to my request for a livscan and had a nasty attitude. Don't recommend. read more

I had a live scan appointment here, but was close to 25 minutes late. Thankfully, they didn't give me a hard time about it, and accepted me in regardless. Because of the stress from traffic, I wasn't very good with following the directions from the paralegal, but she calmed and reassured me until we got solid prints. No wait! read more

I needed to get a Livescan done for work, and it was SUPER last minute. I drove around looking for places and found Rapid Legal. They were able to take me in without an appointment, and no wait! I was in and out in less than five minutes. It cost around $55. They sent the paperwork right away, and I was cleared in less than a few days! The service is great, and they are conveniently located. The only non-convenient thing was parking. I had to park on the residential streets a few blocks away. All in all, if I ever need a livescan done again, I would definitely come back! read more

Rapid Legal ain't so rapid. Lazy and stupid, they seem to not know what they're doing, how to treat customers, or how to process the paperwork they claim to process. Went in to get a LiveScan done. The woman that greeted me was occupied with her ridiculous gossip on the phone. After a couple of minutes I asked about the LiveScan and she explains the lady that does them would be in very soon. Waited for some time before asking again and she tells me, give her about 20 minutes. Who has time for this kind of nonsense? I just walked out. Shut these grifters down. Maybe they'll understand that a bit more rapidly. read more

So I have had a total of 5 calls in after sending my check to get my ex husband served with divorce papers. If I could give negative stars I would. I paid $75 to serve my ex with divorce papers and its been a month and still has not been served. I have left message after message and no one has even tried calling me back. This place needs to be shut down. I want my money back! read more

Worst place ever, they are so unprofessional. I went here for a child support modification. They told me I should be paying a couple hundred dollars less a month based on my income. After I paid the $375 they submitted the documents. When I went to court, my ex's attorney wanted to increase my child support amount by $200 based on my income that did not change. My ex agreed to leave the child support the same, however, I had to pay her attorneys fees, $1500. I ended up loosing $1850. I guess they'll say you want to hear to get paid. read more

This is the kind of place where they would rather get rid of you with any excuse on why they can't help you instead of trying to help you and charging their fees. I went in for live scan and my form was missing a code that they could have got from another persons notary live scan form. I walked out and went to one down the street with the SAME FORM and they filled in the code and charged me $80 which I gladly paid. No wonder it was dead when I walked into this place they don't want customers. read more

Really bad service... We were doing the bankruptcy since last year n it never wet thru... We had to be constantly calling them n they would just give us the run around... So I got tired of waiting n asked for our money back. But they still haven't given us our money, they keep telling us that they mailed it out n they provided me with a tracking number. But that tracking number all it says is that the just received an electronic message but no package has been send to them . So I called them again and all they say is the same thing that they mailed it out...which we know they are lying... I would NOT recommend this place. read more

The woman who I suppose was in charge had such an ugly attitude and demeanor over the fact that I had questions about a live scan fee. She clearly is not a happy individual and doesn't know the meaning of professionalism and courtesy. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all, Especially when a person is going through a difficult time and then your taken advantage of. Yes they are supposed to do only paperwork which is still done incorrectly and not knowing legal terms or paperwork, you sign thinking they know what they are doing. Email them with questions about paperwork no response I only got a response once I let them know i no longer needed thier unprofessional help. Papers were reviewed by someone else Im so glad I went to and had to redo everything because of thier mistakes my divorce could of ended up ugly for no reason but thier mistakes and paid $900 for something normally others charge 200 plus court fees which still don't add up to what they charge, worst experience ever.
