Marshall came to my apartment, performed his diagnostics, and was able to quickly know exactly what to do get these incredible speakers working perfectly. He performed the fixes that same day and together we turned the speakers on and had a listening session in my apartment. I have never heard music sound so good in my apartment. The place was very busy and they had two people working. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me.
