I called to complain and upon return I identified and sent pictures of problem. Last I heard from Alex she was checking with technician. I have sent Texts and emails without any communication back. They say they treat you like a family. Not true in my eyes. They have lost my business and would never recommend them to all my RV buddies as well as anyone else who reads this complaint. On the last visit, two of the Clearance lights on the exterior were replaced (by white lights, not matching the other 3 lights that are yellow) as this is what the technician believed was causing the leak. The van is STILL leaking in the same area as the original leak. Don't waste your money on RV Specialists, I know I will never use them again.

I was thrilled when I saw the work that they did and how flawless it looked. I was very impressed at the level of quality and the detail they achieved in restoring my RV back to great condition. You can see from the photos how good it looks and how bad the original damage was. If I had any complaints it would be a little better communication and letting me know the status of the job. They are slammed with work and I know that sometimes can affect communication. On the flipside though, they worked with my budget and they finished several days before they said it would be done which was AWESOME! The bottom line is that I would definitely use these guys again for sure. They earned my trust and my business and overall I came away very impressed with the whole experience and so I feel like that deserves a full five stars.

There was little if any care of the the vehicle while it sat there for 5 months, all the plumbing fixtures had to be replaced when we got it back. Lemon seller…read more Bought a 'new' trailer that we had delivered cross country. It showed up with multiple things broken inside, plastic shavings and pieces all over the bed. Vents on roof that don't open properly, valences for windows on the floor with the screws stripped out of the walls, another hanging with one screw stripped. Unclean, looks used - found a map for an RV Park in cabinet with someone's personal information which seemingly proves it's been used - along with hundreds of flyers for the trailer (seriously, stacks of flyers - obviously not cleaned before driver picked up). Gray tank is 1/3 full. Toilet has been obviously used. Hair in shower. Paneling peeling. Other paneling popped open. Curtain track not attached right. Things hanging down under the trailer. Keys barely working in the locks. Was told the propane would be full - it's not. Even the power cord for the trailer has a bent prong. Oh, and the trailer makes loud clicking noises when in motion! I'll update on how they fix this. They seemed so great during the sale. What a bummer.
