Because he did not stop the wash, he rushed to hand me the air freshener, and water immediately sprayed into my vehicle--spraying my pants, shirt, face, steering wheel, and driver's seat. Ended up getting the Deluxe wash. I exited my car at 8am and it was done in about 10 minutes! There was probably 5-6 people drying the car. Overall, the vehicle could have been dried better.
