Manuel and his team did an amazing job! They are very busy (because they do great work!) so don't expect an immediate start to the work but they did it within the timeframe they provided. We live on a sloped yard and they did an amazing job of giving an aesthetically perfect slope to the fence. Additionally, we have two dogs so we were thankful that they were done quickly. Overall, a fantastic experience and a beautiful new fence and despite what somebody else said in a previous review, they do use concrete in their post. read more

Manny showed up to give us a quote when he said he would (unlike 2 other companies). We called 5 different places to get quotes and his was by far and away the most fairly priced. He and his team showed up promptly on installation day, were diligent with their measurements to ensure the fence was being installed without any question as to where the property line is. They were super professional, we're pleased with the quality of the materials and overjoyed with the finished product. read more

Nice guys and do nice work but they don't use concrete to set the posts. I had work done not that long ago and a couple of posts are rotted already. I had someone check and concrete wasn't used when setting the posts. Sorry, but I would not recommend. read more

I keep putting off this review so that i can take pictures but i am always forgetting and now it is freezing and snowy so i will have to post pics later on! Very disappointed in how the process was handled... Manuel responded to my message right away, which was great, we set up the appt for 8-8:30 on Sat morning... he arrived at 8:45 and I explained what I was looking for. He seemed to completely understand and took some measurements and then told my husband that he would send over some quotes that day. I was impressed that he would have numbers so quickly because I also own a small business and it usually takes me a day or two to get prices to customers. Saturday went by, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.... finally on Tues night I sent him a message through yelp asking if he had sent the quotes to my email. He ignored my message for two days and then I sent another message and he said he would send the quote over that afternoon, it's now Thursday. At 8:50 at night I still do not have the quote so I sent him another message and then he finally emailed me a quote!! Even if the prices were reasonable I would not have used Raptor. If it was this difficult to get prices out of him I can't even imagine what the work process would be like. His prices were quite a bit higher than two others that we received. He was a nice enough guy but he needs to work on improving his follow through and communication. Super bummed bc I like to support small businesses, but in this case I can not. read more

When my doorbell rang this morning, I was surprised to see Manual standing there. We had texted on Sunday night but I wasn't expecting him. He made the repairs to the gate at no charge!! Now that's what I call a service recovery!! He was very professional and made sure we were happy with the repairs before he left. Manuel and his guys were fantastic! They did an incredible job on my new fence, and took down my old ratty fence very quickly! It honestly makes my yard look so much larger, and I can actually enter in on the side of my yard through my new gate. The fact they were able to come out and complete this entire project in under a day and a half was the best part. Manuel was very professional, courteous, quick, and very reasonably priced.
