Some may not know, but this cleaners originally serviced the contract to clean all of the Baltimore Orioles uniforms back in the 60's, 70's and part of the 80's, which was one of the attractions for my family during my childhood. First, they run a deal where shirts are 99 cents each for laundry. Second, they have a "3 for 2" policy with any type of dry cleaning item (excludes dress shirts) - I always remember to bring my clothing in sets of 3! Coats can be a bit tricky since the lengths matter for the 3 for 2 but you can always ask ahead of time so you won't be surprised! The prices here are very reasonable and with the 3 for 2 deal and guarantee of promptness and quality work, you can't find anywhere else near it that will compare!! I've also had my pants and dresses hemmed and altered here as well. The seamstress here is AMAZING! She knows exactly what to do and I've never been dissatisfied with the hemming or alterations that I've had done on my clothing. She also makes suggestions on what she thinks you should do to make the clothing look better but if you disagree, she'll definitely do whatever the customer wants. Another perk is seeing the owner - I think it's better for the business and makes the customer more comfortable knowing the owner cares about the work his business puts forth. The owner is there working alongside the employees as well and is always friendly. I'm very picky and often hesitant about dry cleaning my clothes but they do quality work here and I trust them 100% with my clothing. I would definitely recommend trying out this place or any of its pickup stores (which I've also been to) - Tower Cleaners on St. Paul Street in Baltimore City and Arundel Cleaners on Security Blvd in Woodlawn.

I had originally designed two closets using the online tool. I asked to speak with a designer, and she called that night. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She liked the design of my simpler closet but had a lot of very good suggestions for my wife's walk-in. I took all of her suggestions (and I'm glad I did). The closets are for a townhome that I just bought but had not even moved in yet. I needed them to delay the shipment of the product until a certain day. She took care of that, and it arrived just when I wanted. I received 30 --- yes, 30 --- boxes ranging from small to very large. Every box is labeled with what parts are in it and, importantly for me, which closet the parts are for. Every box was amazingly well-secured, and the strengthened cardboard packing/protection did its job. Long story short (ha!!): I prepped both closets --- took down the old hardware, spackled the walls, sanded the walls, and painted the walls. Then I took about 8hrs to build the simple closet and about 12hrs to build the walk-in closet. I was *never* frustrated or led astray by the amazingly clear, well-illustrated, and well-organized instruction manuals (that are personalized for each individual closet). The resulting closets were beyond my hopes for what they might come out to be. I feel a sense of accomplishment and I felt like EasyClosets was an amazingly supportive and competent partner in the whole process. To be clear, if you get frustrated by the complexity of putting together IKEA furniture, or if you have a hard time sticking with a project for more than a couple of hours, then you should go a different route. And while it's not as easy as building IKEA furniture, the system goes quickly once you get the rails installed. We recently worked with Saray Ortiz to retrofit one of our closets. We explained the modifications we wanted, they provided some feedback on what would work, we provided the measurements, and they crafted an order with every part needed to complete the retrofit. I dropped off just three items at 11:00 AM and specifically requested for them to be ready by 12:00 PM the following day--more than 24 hours later. Initially, I was told this couldn't be done. Then, after speaking with someone else, the staff member told me it could be done, but only for an additional $5. This feels like misleading advertising and poor customer service. If your standard service can't fulfill what you publicly claim, then your motto needs to be changed. As it stands, the promise of "24-hour service" is not only false--it's a frustrating experience for customers.
