My bumper was fixed, painted, and buffed but it was done very unprofessional and lazily. The bumper and fender was left with buffing streaks all over to which they responded to just wipe with a rag. They didn't bother to cover the rest of the truck when painting, and I was left with paint splatters all over my windshield, doors, and hood. When I called they said to run it through a car wash, but it didn't work. When I took it back they told me they couldn't do anything and to take it to a detailer. They stated that they didn't do detailing services there and I asked how they buffed the bumper and fender when fixed and left it with streaks in the first place if they didn't detail, but they didn't have an answer. The whole staff was very rude after I received my car. Seems like they just wanted to milk the insurance for as much money they could and be done with it, but didn't care about customer satisfaction. Don't recommend this place.

I waited for 2 hours, then looked out the window and there my car sat, still in the parking lot. When I inquired, the owner complained that "staff doesn't think they need to work on a Saturday". Thirty minutes later, they had only vacuumed the car. Despite the owner saying he had 4 guys that was going to start working on it and it would be done in an hour and a half, I had my doubts that they were going to be done in time for me to make an appointment I had. When I asked for availability to reschedule, the owner stated "I am open". Thinking I wanted to avoid another delay like my first appointment, I took the first morning appointment - 9 am. I returned two days later. When I arrived, I was told by one of the staff that the rest of the staff typically starts showing up about 9:20 and everyone should be there by 10 am. I went to the Dodge dealership to wait in a clean, warm waiting room. I walked back to the facility at 11:30 am, there my car sits in the parking lot, untouched. When I walked in, the owner was there and asked for my keys. I told him that the car had been there since 9 am. When I became upset, the owner started yelling at me and stated "this is why I ask people to drop off so they aren't bothering me". He kept saying they would have it done in an hour and a half. I asked why I dropped the car off 2.5 hours ago if they were going to start working on it. The owner got mad and offered just to give my money back. I told him that I have now wasted 5 hours of my time, so I just needed him to get it done. I should have taken the money - the work is below average.
