You call for a day and then drop the car the night before or show up in the morning and check in. They verified the oil change and asked if I needed additional service. I asked them to take a look and let me know as I didn't think it did. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The service was very affordable and the quality and care they put into their work is tremendous. When they called to inform me my car was ready, they validated that no other work needed to be done. But if I wanted to 30K service I could. I decided to pass and doing it next month. They didn't push the services and to call them for an appointment when ready. Lastly, the waiting room has very comfortable theater style seating and a small cafe bar. I'm going to bring all my cars here for future services. Thanks!

That being said, I'm generally wary of folks trying to unnecessarily up sell me. Nick and the other man working on my car (forgot his name) took the time to explain why certain services were needed (mainly transmission fluid flush). I was pleased that they explained everything clearly without assuming they needed to "dumb it down" like I've experienced at other shops. I'll admit Jiffy Lube charges a little more for their oil change service, but it's not unreasonable and they usually have coupons available on their website. In all honesty, I trust their work, enjoyed their company, and I like having my car vacuumed out and windows cleaned as part of the service. If I weren't moving out of state, this would be my new go-to shop. I had fun chatting with everyone on staff. They all have a great sense of humor.

I had my oil changed and was asked if they should check my tire pressure. I declined. But someone…read moredid it anyway. When I left, my pressure was 52 psi and my sticker states it should be 38 psi. I called to let them know and the manager told me the electronics are my car were wrong. He then proceeded to tell me he could prove it to me and argued with me. This is very OFFENSIVE. I used two other pressure gages to check once I made it home, one that I use for my race car, and they indicated the same pressure 52 psi. I will never go back here and I suggest that if you go, you pay close attention to what is done so it doesn't become a safety issue. It is dangerous to have such inflated pressure in your tires. And it is very bad for you tires too!

They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.

While, I would give my one-time experience with the mechanics a 0 star rating, I would give the follow-up by the ownership and absolute 6 star rating out of 5. That averages out to 3 stars. I would say that I have rarely seen this type of follow-up and care for their customers and their experiences from any other business. This was truly the example of good business practices. Mark compensated me for the outstanding bill associated with my issue and then some for my horrible day. I will assume my experience was an anomaly as I have never had this issue prior to this day. I thank Mark for reminding me that Casey is a family-owned business and a member of our community and I will do my part and continue to pledge my future business to their garage.
