The recommended remedy was to plug the tire instead. Now, there's damage to my new tire from having to Pierce the steel belt. I asked for a refund of the price difference and was told "No, your good. You asked for a patch and are leaving with a patch and plug". I replied, that I could have plugged it myself at home but I did not want to pierce a new tire, I wanted it done with a patch from the inside. He repeated, "well, your good".

I asked him why he used such heavy socket and he had no excuse except that he only impact sockets (which were too thick). Then he told me the wheels had to be torqued at 100 lbs which I knew was incorrect and called Crager customer service and they advised not to torque over 80 ft lbs. After damaging both wheels which were very expensive he offered me $150 which with two damaged from wheels worth $600 was offensive. I will never do business with this company again. I paid the bill and when I picked up my car after work that day, I had AC and directional airflow, however I had no Heat. they asked me to bring it back in and then tell me, it's another issue for my Heat that's going to cost me another $1000 and because the mechanic I was talking to is the fiancé (Chris) of Shelbys, Chris says I never asked to get my Heat fixed and I'm basically screwed. stay away from these crooks!! if they were upfront and honest with me, I never would have paid $1007.27 to fix 2/3 of my cars problems. scammers and Liars!

My car is an older 1990 Mazda 323 and it is a lot harder for me to find parts for it. Well, they worked extremely hard to find those parts for me. After visiting two other garages previously and them telling me that they did not want to work on my car because of its age and getting parts for it. It was a refreshing experience to contact them for service. Not only were the employees there so helpful, but they made it a point to keep in contact with me during the entire process. They are friendly, helpful and kind staff really went that extra mile to help me out. I have not had that kind of service in a long time. Another thing I was impressed with was that I need another repair on my car and I believe the owner told me he would search for that part so I can have the steering on my car repaired too. That to me is great customer service. I actually live up in NC and came down to visit my family during the holidays. My car broke down before I even got to my parents' house. So finding them was a blessing. When they get the other part, I will specifically drive down and have them repair it. I recommend them 110 percent. I needed a mechanic to come to my home to make the changeout and Jack, owner of Mobile Doc Auto Repair answered my call in the morning and was at my home by noon. A quick test to confirm the battery was indeed the culprit and Jack gave me the option to jump the vehicle and go to a battery place for the fix or he could make the run and install it at the house.
