The Original Harley Diner is located inside the Southeast Harley-Davidson dealership. I visited for breakfast one morning on a weekday morning - about 9:30 am. I was the only diner at that time. I sat on the "porch" of the diner - and ordered the breakfast option which included fried eggs (over easy), bacon, rye toast, and crispy hash browns, plus coffee and water. Food came up up fast - was tasty, hot, delicious! Service was good! Can't wait to visit here again! #TheOriginalHarleyDiner

Wow thank you Yelp for this hidden eclectic discovery very close to our place! When I say hidden that is no joke, first the actual diner is an original that was moved from Mew Hampshire to continue service from inside the Harley Dealership with a mini museum that includes one of Elvis Presley's original bikes!!! What???? How cool is that! Second, the posting in Yelp says the diner opens at 11am but it actually opens at 10am-2pm. We came for breakfast but that stops at 11am weekdays (longer on weekends). The waitress and cooks were SO nice to cook us breakfast anyway. I had the Denver skillet and my husband the Denver omelette. Pretty much the same thing but mine is scrambled and his was folded - lol. Typical diner style with American cheese but the Coffee was hot, fresh and well brewed. The prices are fare and the selection while limited for breakfast (no pancakes or home fries weekdays) the lunch menu is also limited and traditional burgers, fries, shakes and sandwiches. We are coming back to try out the burgers soon!

The Original Harley Diner is in the South East Harley dealership. The food is what you would expect from a diner but you should come to the diner for the experience. I give this place 5 stars since it is a unique experience. The diner is a 1948 diner moved to Ohio in 1989 and built into the Harley dealerships building. The owner has done a great job keeping the original look and feel of the building. The kitchen is a traditional open format. If you can sit in the diner but the seating is limited (there is more seating around the structure).

Kinda odd, but we were pleasantly surprised! This is a full-fledged diner that they moved into a Harley dealership. Good amount of food, good quality of food, good price for food. Not much interest in Harley motorcycles, personally, but worth the visit and we'll be back for the food!

Stopped by at 10:30 am with the family. Great breakfast food, excellent service, and all in a wonderfully causal atmosphere.

Time for an update. Came here for lunch. Note that this location is closing. June 1st is their last…read moreday at this location. They are moving to their other location in Bedford as an expanded location. That out of the way. I still live this place. Good prices. Large portions. Fast courteous service. All the things you want in a diner. Strictly Bfast and lunch. But they do have dinner entrees you can order stuffed cabbage and fish dinner as well. Specials too. And bfast all day which I highly recommend. Pancakes are soooo good. Today I got the buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken, with fries and cup of soup. The soup, chicken noodle was hot at the table. That's how soup is suppose to come to you hot! The buffalo chicken wrap was grilled and full of ingredients. Large portions and great lunch. Lots of people for a Thursday afternoon. People ordering all types of Bfast and lunch foods. Typical diner look with booths and tables. Good place! Check it out till june1 then go down the road to Bedford and see them there too.

The brisket is made on site and is very good. The wedding soup is flavorful and has lots of "stuff" like meatballs, carrots, pastini. Incredible

It's been a while since I've been here. A DT Bedford staple. Typically good Bfast and comfort…read morefoods. Old time feel. Came here for lunch with my mom. New paint job and a fresh look. At least new to me. As mentioned I haven't been here in a while. Wait to be seated when we came in. It took a few minutes but a table was cleaned for us and we sat. Nice crowd for a Thursday afternoon. Hostess is also the cashier. She gave us menus. Then we waited about 15 mins till a server came with silverware. She took our order. A chicken salad sandwich and the special chicken paprikash. I wanted to try it. Then we waited some more. At least 20 mins to get our drinks. Water with lemon. Then another 30 mins for food. It was hot when we got it. So it was fresh. Just took forever. I also got a cup of soup with my paprikash so I chose the mushroom barley. It was very thick, almost stew like. Lots of barley but not too many mushrooms. It was ok. Wouldn't get it again. The paprikash was ok. It's a ok portion. Not heaping. Ok though. It tasted ok too. Not too much distinct flavor. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't get it again. Mom's chicken salad on wheat was just ok too. For the more than hour we waited to get our food, this was not a great experience. When we went to pay the hostess cashier was MIA and we waited. We were going to pay via cc but decided we did not want to wait any longer and just gave cash. I couldn't even flag someone down to tell them I left the bill by the register. No one there. Not sure if help was the issue. Probably was. Too many customers and not enough wait staff. Or just on their own time. Server seemed surprised we wanted to go boxes and our bill. But I got to get back to work and at this rate I was out of the office more than 1 hr 45 mins. Family place. Long time establishment. Good prices for a family. I don't want to knock. But this was a bit too far for me. I can't wait for my lunch for more than an hour. It may be awhile before I try again.

I called Sunday at 12:40p to make reservations for 2 to enjoy brunch. I was told by the male that…read moreanswered the phone that reservations would not be needed. I told him I would arrive within 40 mins and he said to just walk-in. The website says this is fine dining so for someone to answer the phone and discourage reservations was skeptical. When we arrived we were told since we didn't have reservations we had to sit outdoors. Now the forecast said rain in 10mins. So we told the lady at the desk that I spoke to the man that also at the door about reservations. She said no problem we waited about 10 minutes and we were seated. Our waitress Abby was amazing! I wanted a wellness drink and they were all out but she suggested other mocktail options. She then asked if we wanted tap water or sparkling bottle water. I was confused that they don't have filtered water. We got the tap and it smelled like sewer. We then asked for a bottle of sparkling water. And realized the glass cups smelled bad. If you want a wellness drink arrive early when they open around 11am. It was 1pm when I ordered my food. I ordered the Farmer's breakfast, it came with Two eggs any style, choice of crispy bacon or chicken sausage, grilled sourdough, potatoes. The potatoes were crumbs and left overs, a scoop of potatoes. For a $19 meal I couldn't believe what I was being served. The chicken sausage was amazing! The sourdough bread was grilled with no oil or butter. I asked for jelly thinking they would have compote. Instead they have mini jars of jelly. The main difference is that jam is a shelf-stable, fruit-puree preserve made with high amounts of sugar and added pectin. Compote is a chunkier, less sugary fruit sauce cooked quickly without pectin and meant to be eaten fresh. My husband had the Last Chicken Sandwich, which he said was good but the sandwich didn't come with a side just a $18 chicken sandwich that tasted wonderful.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Booked a reservation and had no issues…read more Shared the apple pie margarita, which was dangerously good. Since we were hungry, we followed another yelper's advice of getting an appetizer since we were warned the mains can take 30-40 minutes. Ordered the cracklin wings--got the ghost pepper dry rub which was recommended by the staff who also reassured me that it wasn't too spicy given that it was also sweet and came with ranch. Tasted great, super crispy on the outside, chicken not the most juicy but still tender. 4/5. Also ordered the truffle orcchiette, pork chop, and heirloom carrots. The truffle orcchiette had a great al dente texture but surprisingly compared to the other yelper reviews, was saltier than expected. 4/5 Favorites were definitely the pork chop and heirloom carrots. The pork chop came without the bone, already chopped up, and was the he most tender pork chop I've had. 5/5 The carrots were so well seasoned, with a great charred taste and came with an addicting puree. 5/5 Service was fantastic, with great recommendations. While the birthday guest was away from the table, I did sneakily ask if they do anything for birthdays, and the staff said that they do a scoop of ice cream. Since the sticky toffee pudding already came with a scoop of ice cream, they were considerate to do 2 cookies instead--the cookies weren't too sweet and reminded me of brownie batter. Sticky toffee pudding was good. 4/5 Restaurant is located in Pinecrest so parking available as free parking in a garage about a block away or as pay by mobile street parking. Ambience is great, perfect for a nice meal for a date or hangout. Overall a great place to celebrate a special occasion due to all the good food choices and staff who know how to treat birthday guests well.
