We had a view of a bocce match and the patio--definitely better than the bar, but not as nice as the patio. They were playing classic rock and the people at the table next to us asked to turn it down, and they were accommodated, which made for a nicer experience for us as well. We completely understand that restaurants can have policies regarding reservations, especially on busy holidays, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to guests. We were looking forward to celebrating Father's Day together, and instead we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The poor customer service left a bad taste in our mouths and unfortunately overshadowed what should have been a special family occasion.
