As I have experienced yesterday here at Elevated Power Sports I am shocked, dismayed and very very disappointed at the service treatment I received. In my opinion, these people are as bad or even worse in my experience with Summit Sports, (an authorized Can-Am dealership) here in Bozeman. I rented a trailer to transport my Can-Am and got a hotel room in Billings for the day before my appointment. I was at their service gate at 8:30 am on 9-18-2018 with my machine. At 9:am they opened their doors and checked in my Can-Am. After several lies told to me by Elevated Power Sports my Can-Am was still sitting at the service gate at 2:pm where I left it at 9:am. Because they were not serving my Can-Am, I proceeded to leave their parking lot with my Can-Am in tow at approx 2;30 pm, another Can-Am customer from Columbia Falls, Mt met me and stated he was a very dis-satisfied customer with Can-Am dealership up in Columbia Falls and was hoping to get better treatment with Elevated Power Sports. I told him Good Luck. What's with these Can-Am dealerships??? Before I get rid of this Can-Am I will try one more Can-Am dealership which is located in Island Park, Idaho . One year later we realized that we made a huge mistake, because our fifth-wheel developed frame issues and was going to cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. The manufacturer refused to stand by their product - but Big Sky RV stood up for us. They offered us a few options, one of which was to get a new trailer at a deep discount and taking our broken one in trade. They recommend the brand we have now. We love our new fifth-wheel and have had very few problems with it. When we do Kelsie and the rest of the staff have done their best to fix the problem or find a solution that hasn't cost us an arm and a leg. We live in our fifth-wheel full time and are on a fixed income so all their help is greatly appreciated. If you are in the market for an RV or need to service yours, I recommend you check them out.

All estimates were conducted via virtual meetings and communications were text and email. They submitted their estimate with supplement to our insurance. For some reason our insurance sent Bish's the check for the supplement at this point Bish's hadn't done any work and were not in possession of the camper. Over the last four weeks I attempted multiple times to contact Bish's regarding steps forward etc. I never again heard from them once and still haven't as of today. I contacted our insurance company who stopped payment on the check. Very disappointed in Bish's and the whole experience.

We had an RV that needed some complicated repairs/replacement to our solar system so we ended up spending a good amount of time here at Metra while our RV was being worked on. Absolutely everyone from every department was so kind and accommodating to us and our dog that it was actually a bit sad when it came time to leave our new Metra family. As nice as it is to have a friendly RV service center what owners really care about is the quality of the work being performed. Once again I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service that we received. Blake has to be the most knowledgeable RV repair people that we have encountered, and, just like all the other people at Metra, he is super nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything that was done in terms that we could actually understand. Blake also had the foresight to build in a circuit breaker so that we would not have to climb under our low clearance rig to have to find the very elusive solar fuse. Thanks Metra RV Center, wish you were closer to where we live, we would love to have a RV service center as good as yours close by.

There was no pressure to purchase. There was, however, lots of great information and advice from many of their staff - from sales, management, owners, and their service department. They all helped us make a great and informed decision. When we finally pulled the trigger and purchased our rig - it was about as easy as it could be. Everything really went seamlessly. We have been enjoying our camper ever since. Our salesperson, Tammy, did an outstanding job for us! The sales manager, John, was always there to make sure that all our needs were being met. The service department helped answer several technical questions that I know will help us in the future keeping everything running smoothly in the rig. My wife and I would purchase again from Metra RV. It was exactly the experience we had hoped to have!

Carmart purchased my vehicle after using the kbb link to sell my truck. I recently relocated and…read morethe truck was in the shop being repaired for damages from a deer. Since I didn't want to fly back and drive the distance to the East coast again I decided to sell the vehicle remotely. Initially we went back and forth over the price. I was offered more using the Edmunds site brokering the deal elsewhere however Carmart360 was closer to the shop doing the work and they did come up on their offer based on the Edmunds offer. We started discussing the sale price March 24, 2021. we agreed on a price and they took possession of the vehicle April 9, 2021. As I'm remotely doing this they sent the paperwork and I signed and returned it April 14th, 2021. They paid the lender next day, and the deductible to the autoshop from the sale price. Which was super great and so convenient. I was told they would send the remaining payout to me once they received the lien release from my lender. So I waited..... called and was told it's policy and their hands are tied. So I waited..... and I waited some more. I have contacted my lender and the dealership multiple times. Lender informed me they need a fed ex acct number to overnight and a letter from the dealer stating they would not cancel payment if title was released early. I sent the sales guy a text notifying of this. Asking to expedite the matter, I planned to use the payment as the down on my replacement. Today May 7th On star notified me the account on my truck has been cancelled in my name. Someone has purchased the truck. Yeah!!!! I called the dealership since I would assume they had the title as they sold the truck. Nope I was wrong and informed so. Here is where my 1 star comes in. 1.) They took possession of the truck almost a month ago. 2.) The attitude I got a month after they took the truck and I finally called to say I would like my money. 3.) I left both sets of keys in my truck and was informed only one was in there and I would need to pay out 250 to replace the second set. I was warned by other dealerships they pay slow but had I known I would have sold else where or picked up my truck. I also would not have suggested their buying services to 2 people. If I were ever to return To the area based off the conversation and attitude from Daniel, I would purchase elsewhere. However if you don't need the money within the next month and a half, and you want to deal with a whole lot of back and forth then it's maybe 3 stars. If you enjoy getting attitude from a used car sales manager when you call to figure out Why how They can buy and sell a vehicle before you are even paid out this is the place for you. ‍

We bought an RV--a Winnebago View on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis--and we lovingly named it…read more"Wombat." We adore the little tank, like seriously, to death. Then, for the last two weeks, Wombat and I got into a real toxic relationship with the onboard "good vibes" system. We went to Mercedes twice. Same story both times: a bunch of charging, a bunch of "we'll look into it," and absolutely no real solution--just money leaving the building at warp speed. So I convinced my hubby: "No more Mercedes." He agreed, and we went private. He found Quinn at European Performance. Quinn promised us a diagnostic on the DEF for free--which, naturally, my husband grabbed like it was a limited-edition coupon that might disappear. Mercedes in Billings wanted 2.5 times what everyone else was charging, so even the savings felt emotional. We pulled in, and before I could finish my seatbelt rant, Quinn had Wombat backed out and connected up. He ran diagnostics fast--like, "where did the time go?" fast. And here's the plot twist: the problem wasn't some rare unicorn issue. It was stuff that's extremely common on the Sprinter chassis... the kind that apparently no one can find or fix consistently. Fun, right? Quinn worked some magic, we got it sorted, and now Wombat is back to being the road-loving weirdo we know and love--no more drama, no more countdown, no more mystery warnings. So if your Sprinter chassis is throwing a fit go see Quinn. He'll get you back on the road without the repeat crash-and-paycycle. Wombat says thank you. And honestly? So do we.

Unfortunately, I have to say something because wow... I have taken my car in to these guys and they have done a good job fixing the things that I have paid for them to replace. However; here's the upsetting part... I took my car into them 3 times in a row telling them "it's running funny", "it's acting weird", etc. I also give them a little info... "while I was out of town I changed the spark plugs myself. You might want to start there, in case I did something wrong as I am not certified but they are. They assured me it wasn't the problem. They even said "It was driving fine, no issue." and to "keep driving it around until something popped up on the dashboard". Love that for me. Even told me that it "sounds" like and is "probably" a piston ring which would be a $8,000 fix. Went on a 1,000 mile (one way) road trip it almost gave out 35 miles before the destination. Thank you to new friends, I knew someone to help me. 15 minutes later... he SHOWED me that I, in fact, had forgotten to tighten my spark plugs. Also, thank you to my friends... even after pushing the car as much as I had... with a little bit of cleaning and proper putting it back together... compression test was perfect and she was running like normal. Beats $8,000 motor replacement... just saying.
