So many different booths, or the variety of everything on top of that I thought I was done, and then they told me there was another connected mall across the hallway. I told him what I'm always on the lookout for and, sure enough, he knew which booth may have had it. Close, but still not THE ONE I hope to find, but very nice of him to personally help. This place is HUGE, but really crowded vendor booths, selling lots of different art, collectibles and memorabilia. Hubs found a couple of booths with well stocked, easy to search comic books, so he was happy. I found lots of beautiful pieces of MCM glass, but still not THE piece that I know will make my heart happy. A Fiesta dinnerware collectors dream! Many pieces here at prices similar to what I've seen elsewhere. A LOT of cool lamps, chandeliers and other types of lighting fixtures, including some 50s Moss lamps that feature a spinning element on the base. In all my years of "antiquing" this is the first I've seen in a booth. Very interesting. Some booths had sales posted, but it seems one booth in particular had items we collect priced MUUUUCH higher than they're worth, maybe to still get the price they want after "discount." Hmmm.... This store really insists you look EVERYWHERE! So many items hanging from the ceiling or stacked up high. Some booths looked like they came straight outta someone's home from an estate sale. We managed to make it through the whole shop in about an hour, but not without a few dizzying turns. This may not be the best place for very young shoppers that like to touch everything. Reminds me of my mom telling us 'Lead arms, glued to your sides!' when we would have to pass through the fine China and crystal department at Bullock's. Popped in here to look for some back issues for my husband. While there are tons of back issues in…read morelong boxes, they are very unorganized and inaccessible. Boxes are labeled but don't seem to be in any logical order and there were a bunch of boxes we couldn't even look at because they were underneath a plastic table cloth with stuff on top of them. Also, there was a boxes Funko Pop on the shelf. I went to grab it to ask my husband if it was one he needed for his collection and I was told to be careful because it wasn't for sale. Alright. Maybe that needs to be on a shelf behind the counter then. Or there needs to be a sign on that shelf that says nothing on it is for sale. Alas. Could be a nice source for back issues if they were organized and accessible.

But those are pretty expensive. Between $80 and $100 for one Labubu, based on series. They are the real deal though. No Lafufus here lol. Aside from that theres just a lot of stuff. A simple hello goes a long way, but the only person who seemed to maybe work here was engrossed in his phone too much to even notice I was shopping. This store LOOKS well stocked, but it's almost entirely an illusion. It's mostly funko pops, which is fine, but they are dispersed throughout the store in a way that makes finding anything specific impossible. The rest of the figures are old peg warmers marked ilup significantly from msrp. Speaking of wildly crazy markups, the huge selection of back issues are marked "minimum of $3" regardless of the sticker price. The back issues are clearly a large collection of dollar bin books purchased, never sorted, and just flopped out onto the tables like raw meat. It is impossible to shop the back issues unless you have all day to sort through the completely and utterly random boxes. This store lacks any charm, or charisma and seems to be simply a way for the owners to price gouge dollar issues to people who don't know any better. Even the issues being sold at a premium are 3-4 dollars more expensive here than online. In addition, there is signage throughout the store that warns shoplifters that they will be sued for 100,000 dollars if they steal, which i understand is a deterrent for what is probably a real problem, but phrasing it like this reinforces the fact that this place is only looking for an extra buck on goods that are not worth the price, nor effort to steal. If they would actually expend a modicum of effort to clean up the back issues, and break away from the cycle of price gouging comics to kids in the mall, they'd have a decent location and stock, but in the state it is in now, you're better off going to a swap meet.

Emily in particular is super knowledgeable what's happening each week, what events are going on, who the regulars are, and the manager Dan is a stand up dude who always makes sure folks are having a good time. Draft events are my jam, and they run good ones here with friendly (and well-bathed!!) players. They've got a bunch of packs from old sets too, so if you're building a commander deck they can totally help you out. If you're looking to trade or sell cards you'll get fair value for them, especially if you go in for store credit to use on future purchases. ps. they also do a bunch of warhammer, see photo!

Upon entering, I realized the shop was much larger than I had expected. Looks like it may have been 2 shops merged into one at some point. There's a large connected room with a massive Anime books and poster collection. Lots of fun and unique finds. The man at the cashier was friendly and helpful. We left with just a couple small figures but would love to spend more time looking over the variety of books and collectibles. Any shop that includes Hip Hop has my vote!

Good selection of the big name newer stuff, and lots of up and coming indies. Great atmosphere and just a pleasant place to look around and decide what you want to read next. I decided to bump this up to 5 stars though because the employees are so great. Mal, Miguel, Cy, and Logan are always super pleasant and friendly. They give good recommendations and are extremely helpful. I still wish they had a dollar bin. However I feel lucky to have such a nice shop near by full of great people.
