My place had just got renovated due to plumbing/flood issue and all my possessions were soon to be put back in my condo. Therefore, my condo was completely empty. I selected this company clean the floors, 2 bathrooms, empty refrigerator and the dishes that were in the sink. Here's why they get 1 star... 1) cancelled day of; had to reschedule to a different dayt, but they did give a little discount to make up for it 2) had to change time of arrival (by more than a few hours) day of; not the end of the world, but a little annoying 3) when the cleaner arrived, she seemed in a huge hurry; she also said it would take longer than an hour to do what I requested. I told her it's not a big deal and that I would pay for 2 hours...I wanted floors swept, 2 bathrooms (which were hardly used) cleaned and the dishes in the sink When she was 20-25 mins from being done (that's what she said), I told her I had to leave and she could leave the door unlocked when she left. I had to run errands and would be back shortly. I left her a $15 tip (25%) and said thank you. They did not finish cleaning the dishes and customer service didn't do anything about it after I emailed them. Pictures uploaded... I bet they're not like this other times. I appreciate first and foremost how quick the business owner was to get back to me, considering I was sending out a message of inquiry about two days before the cleaning I had hoped to schedule. What luck! It was set up in no time. The young woman who came to the house was prompt and efficient. I clean every weekend, so I'm a bit nitpicky, but I think that she was able to accomplish a good amount in the two hours I had booked for a cleaning. This business is either a scam or a joke. My first appointment, I paid my housekeeper plus $10 tip and I left home. I came back that evening to find that she had only cleaned my shower and my stove, took the money and left. Shower and Stove only for 2hrs. I called the number to complain, they said they would send a housekeeper on Monday, 3 days later, and the person never showed. I tried calling the business this morning, only to realize they had blocked my number. I called from another phone and they said they would not refund me or send out another housekeeper. Total scam. This business needs to be shut down. Pathetic. read more

PS: This review would be detailed and i'd mention everything. Their service is more than disappointing. I scheduled an appointment today [Sunday - June 25, 2017 at 9.00 AM] like a week before on the phone after seeing them having a 4 star review on Yelp. I gave them my address in Redondo Beach and was pretty excited to have my 1 bed 1 bath (in a 2 Bed 2 Bath) apartment cleaned and hoped that it'd smell like sunshine and rainbows after. Boy, was in for some disappointment. The scheduling part was the only thing that went in smoothly. The cleaning lady [withholding the name on purpose] called me at 8.55 AM saying that she'd be late by 10 mins because of traffic (yup, on a sunday morning)! She called me at 9.20 saying her GPS wasn't working and she was routed to somewhere in Santa Monica (like how?, her reasoning - her employer gave her an address of the same street in Santa Monica). She kept profusely apologizing and eventually showed up at 9.50 AM[almost an hour late]!!! I walked her through what was needed. Here was what I asked for: a. clean the bathroom tiles and remove soap scum b. clean the sliding glass door c. clean the bathroom floor d. remove whatever small mold has formed over the last few months e. clean the blinds f. vacuum my bedroom floor Literally nothing was done in the 2 hours i booked their service for and i had to take out everything and re do it myself. She used most of my chemicals to "clean" the bathroom and "cleaned" the bathroom floor. I have a fairly clean apartment and i really contemplated getting a service but thought I'd get something professionally done after having lived in the same apartment for about 3 years and also because i was being lazy. I let her do her thing, while i sat in the living room. I helped her in between by moving my things [bed etc] in hopes that it'd be easy for her to do her job. She promptly "finished" after 2 hours said that there was mold under the caulk, which she cannot do anything about, but said she can come back to do it if i book another appointment next week for 2 more hours! [The light mold under the caulk was not the only thing lady, there are other things i asked from you as well.. read a, b, c, e, f] End result - I paid her 80 bucks went in, took a used toothbrush and removed all the mold. Took out the slide doors and cleaned with in and broomed and mopped my bathroom by myself. Technically, I paid an "employee of a professional cleaning services company" to come in and hang out for 2 hours. Their manager was very prompt in responding to messages but the minute I started sending out pictures of the job that her employee did and left, she went mute. Was it worth it? Guessed it right, Nope, absolutely not! I usually never use a cleaning services company because i live in pretty small place, but I had a minor back sporting injury and also because i was being lazy and wanted to have somebody professionally clean it. I really regret having used their service. Do yourself a favor, spend a few hours and really clean your home yourself (if you can and if the place is small as mine) save them $$$ and get a good massage afterwards [trust me you'd still win]. Again, this review is based on my situation and experiences, I'd probably go back to getting a professional cleaner one day - but just NOT this business I will be posting pictures with this review, hopefully it gives you an idea of how poor the service is. I was wrong about this company! They were nice until one day, my housekeeper didn't come. I asked them to send someone else since I had a party the next day. They said they had no one else and that they couldn't get ahold of my housekeeper. I had to scramble last minute to find another housekeeper on such short notice. That next Monday, I called their office and requested a refund on the 3 cleanings I hadn't received but already paid for. They kept giving me the run around and after many phone calls later, refused to give me my refund and told me to call my bank. They insisted that they already paid the previous housekeeper the money I prepaid and so they couldn't refund me. They then stopped responding to my texts and wouldn't pick up my calls after that. Luckily, I paid through paypal. Paypal was able to refund me for my prepaid cleanings. Just when I thought the nightmare was over, I get an email from one of their past employees crying about getting a bill from paypal. She told me that because her name was on the paypal account, paypal was coming after her for the money. She said she no longer works for that company and that I need to call paypal to give her money back and get my refund from the company instead. I told her that LA maid pros was no longer responding to me but she kept insisting I contact them. This company is a hot mess with many disgruntled employees. Stay away! read more

I was very excited to try this company especially after reading all of the reviews. I was suppose to have 2 cleaners, and last minute they canceled on me and sent 1 for the whole 6 hours. The 1 was about an hour late showing up. She spent the majority of the time in the kitchen doing I have no idea what. She said she cleaned one of the bathrooms, I went in to use the bathroom and could tell right away it hadn't been done. I was very disapointed, I had just moved into a new home, and wanted to start unpacking but couldn't because the house still wasn't clean. I ended up having to hire another cleaning lady from a different company to come back and actually clean my home. I wouldn't use this company. Their big thing is sure we can do anything, however, they work very slowly as they are being paid by the hour, and not just a flat rate. She really took about 5 hours in the kitchen when all I asked her to do was wipe everything down. When I started to unpack and put things in the kitchen that's when I found that she didn't even wipe the cupboards down, Even after being asked that's what I needed done. Save your money and go with another cleaning company. P.S. I wouldn't want to have anyone from this company come back to my house, not even if I was offered a "freebie", it wouldn't be worth it. I scheduled for house cleaning service for our home in Las Vegas, very easy and quick process. I requested a deep clean of my kitchen and I love the customizable aspect as it allows for me to request specific areas of focus. Sandra cleaned our kitchen and was very friendly, she did not decline any request and completed each task without any question. She cleaned, organized, and wiped down all our cabinets and drawers, along with our fridge. Additionally she thoroughly cleaned the sink, microwave, countertops, and floor. She finished a little early and asked if she could offer to clean something else but she was so thorough with the kitchen, we were fine with her leaving early. TERRIBLE SERVICE. SCAM!! Stay away and save your money! Prompt in setting up an appointment and the maid (Caroline) showed around the schedule time. I have a one-bedroom apartment with stuff well organized. Wanted some cleaning and bought 4 hours (10:10 -2:10pm) single maid service expecting a touch up cleaning on our entire 1-bedroom apartment. Ours is tidy apartment but since I had guests coming up I thought of getting some professional help. She wanted to be paid first before she started the work. PAY THEM ONLY AFTER THEY FINISH THEIR PROMISED JOB. The maid (who started three days ago) was not at all skilled to do the job. She spent 1 hour and 45 mins just to clean up our bathroom and did not even clean the water marks on the bath tub. All she had to move was one small basket and the counter was all empty. Once I told her she was taking more than the promised time of 45 minutes per room then she moved to cleaning the dishes (one load) for about 45 minutes. We emptied our fridge and she spent about 40 minutes to clean it. Then she did two windows in our living room for 30 minutes. She started using the vacuum and she was damn slow at it and deliberately running the clock. I asked her to clean the kitchen top and I had to vacuum the carpet since we had a medical appointment after the appointment. In her 4 hours service for a one bedroom I got the following - 1 restroom (with plenty of marks left), 1 refrigerator (we cleared the fridge and putt back stuff on our own), 1 load of dishes, half windows and dishwasher. She was half way cleaning the microwave and did not even clean the stove top. She left them incomplete. Did not have the courtesy to even put the glass back in the microwave. She did not mop the floors. She called her office and I was told that I had to pay additional hourly price of $30 if she was to clean the service. I told her that the maid did not do her job and just ran the clock. MERE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. NEVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN. read more

Unbelievable! They should be ashamed of themselves. I had an appointment scheduled today. I purposely planned my whole day around it, as I urgently needed cleaning to be done. Not only did they not showed up, but when I called to speak to someone they were supposedly trying to get a hold of the maid that was arranged for my appointment but I unfortunately hung up by mistake while they had me on hold. Not only did they not call me back after it hung up, but when I called back tons of times they never answered my call. And I know they look up your information prior to answering by calling because the only time I got through to them, the operator already had my information up when she answered. So I know they were avoiding picking up my call. They never responded to my text either. It's like they disappeared. And from reading reviews after the fact, I'm not the first and only person they did this too. My whole day got ruined from this point on because I spent the next few hours trying to find someone else who would be able to come same day and unfortunately did not find anyone and didnt get the rest of my errands done. These guys completely wasted my time. I found their ad on Craiglist. I was looking for a quick move-out clean. I'm 4 months pregnant, so didn't want to scrub the bathtub, etc. before the new tenants moved in. I called them, they took 20 minutes to schedule something (the girl sounded like she was new or something, but was pleasant enough). I got my confirmation email and was told the maid would call 30 minutes before arrival. Well my husband and I had moved out on Saturday (40 minutes away from our previous apartment-the one that needed the move-out cleaning), so I sent my husband down to meet the maid at our confirmed scheduled time (5 p.m.), and no one ever called or showed up. I called their number several times. Although they claim to be open 7 days a week and until 9 p.m., no one ever answered, no returned my phone call (left a voice message, emailed them, and texted the "booking number"). Nothing. So my husband was forced to clean himself the next day, and this stupid company cost him 160 minutes plus cleaning time (40 minute drive down the day of the appointment, 40 minutes to drive back home when no one showed up, 40 minutes to drive back down the next day to clean himself, and 40 minutes to drive back home again). Thanks for nothing, LA Maid Pros. I don't recommend you waste your time with this unprofessional company. Even if they had just called me back and admitted they messed up, that'd be better than ignoring all 3 forms of my communication to them to see where the hell they were. read more

This has been the worst experience ever!!! The cleaning housekeeper showed up half an hour late, which I understand, California traffic and stuff happens. On top of that when she showed up she had no vacuum cleaner and while placing the order I was very clear that please make sure the housekeeper brings all the supplies and the owner/order taker acknowledged and confirmed. For all this inconvenience all the owner said was "I apologize" and that too via a text. She didn't even have the courtesy to call a client and explain the situation. I was left in a pickle, as I had out of town guests coming over and I still didn't use this service, because I was not going to let them take advantage of me knowing I am in a pickle and will accept sub par cleaning. Orange County beware of this service!!! Highly unprofessional customer service and all the stress is given on the technology of appointment confirmation.
