The bad- The cleaning staff came 10 mins late. She was constantly struggling with her earphones and was taking more time to plug them in her ears. This happened for more times than I could count She was constantly ignoring the instructions and left huge patches of carpet Not cleaned, I must add that she was throughout the time distracted by her phone and music. She left most part of the cleaning for me to do and when there were 15 mins remaining for her time to complete, she asked me if she could leave. Let me remind you, she came 10 mins late. I asked her if she could at least do dusting for the last 15 mins, she said she doesn't clean windows from outside, nowhere did I ask her to clean the windows from outside, just the normal dusting inside the house. In summary, don't hire this company unless you have many hours in the day to waste. I booked my cleaning appointment for a Thursday morning between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. I was told they would call me 30 minutes before arriving, which was good because I basically needed to leave for work as soon as they got there. Also, I was told my cleaning would cost $85 because I was a first-time customer. Not a peep about a coupon or anything. How nice, right? Well, 10:30 rolls around, then 10:35, 10:40. I leave for work and leave a very curt voicemail (no one picked up the phone). I get a call at 10:51, when I'm almost at work, saying the cleaning crew is there. They were late because they had to find a parking spot. Now, putting aside the fact that parking for their crew isn't my problem, they could have at least called and told me the problem, and I likely would have waited. But they didn't. I was asked to turn around and meet them there, but I refused. Shortly after I got a call from this Lucy woman (I think that's her name), who basically kept making excused for the crew ("They clean. They don't think of calling.") I get it, but it's now the company's job to make the situation right. So she reschedules the cleaning for later in the day with a different crew. So now I have to leave work (I've already missed an hour) to meet another crew. Once again, I am promised they will called 30 minutes before arriving. (I work about 30 minutes away from my apartment.) So I get the call and leave work to let them into my place. 18 minutes later, this Lucy woman calls to tell me they are there waiting for me, and implies that they really have to get to another job (so I guess now I am holding them up). I tell her that I was told I have 30 minutes until they arrived. She claims it's been 30 minutes. This woman is arguing with ME about being late and never once mentions making this up to me in any way. I arrive a minute later and the crew is waiting. They are very nice and understanding of my situation. I let them in, and they start cleaning. I am told I need an acid wash in my bathroom, and it will cost $15 more. OK, I say. I'm about to go when one of the women asks for my first-time customer coupon. I tell her I have never heard of such a coupon -- I was supposed to just get a discount. So she calls this Lucy woman and the fun begins again. Lucy says, "Of course you need a coupon. You have to print it and give it to the cleaning crew so they get paid." I tell her I don't have a printer. She says, oh, well no problem, just download it from the website and forward it to them in an e-mail with your customer number. This is all while I should be at work! After all of this, they can't just apply a discount? It is then I suggest that shouldn't even be paying for this cleaning because of the horrible service. Lucy then tells me she's giving me the acid wash for free, but she didn't sound happy about it. So I pre-tip the cleaning crew (after all, it's not their fault this company is a mess), and leave them to do their thing. And they did it beautifully. The cleaning job was excellent. Lucy later called me to once again explain that the first crew had to find parking, and that's why they were late. I think she was attempting to apologize, but I could tell she still thought I should just be so lucky they eventually showed up at all. This company is getting two stars from me simply because of the quality cleaning job. But they had horrible customer service, and I still believe I should not have even paid what I did for having to take so much time out of my workday because of their incompetence. If you have a flexible schedule, by all means, hire them. If not, you have been warned.

No dusting no tiding up no nothing else but the floor for these areas. No windows or inside oven cleaning. Cleaning was not impacted by my pets (2 dogs (not home) and my cat) aside from a few of their dishes. No couch cleaning due pet hair or otherwise. Since it had been 10+ years, the vents were incredibly dirty, but the team did a great job getting everything cleaned out. I also decided to add the furnace cleaning to make sure we're doing everything we can to keep the air in our home clean. After they left, we realized the dryer was still having an issue with the vent being clogged. What really impressed me was that they didn't just leave it at that -- they scheduled a follow-up visit to figure out what was going on. Turns out our dryer vent exhaust runs all the way up through the roof (which seems like a pretty terrible design!), and the team actually climbed up onto the roof and cleared the blockage there. Great follow-through and customer service. I was so satisfied with their work that I also had them come back to clean our compressor/AC units. I had hired another company a couple of years ago that basically just washed the compressors from the outside. Fresh Clean Group took a much more thorough approach -- they opened up the units, removed all the built-up debris, and actually sprayed and scrubbed the coils.
