Cashiers need to stop telling us not to put our groceries on the conveyor belt with the exception of large, heavy items that they can scan. When they tell us to do this, we're left on the side bagging our own groceries taking even more time than we should be. Requests to put certain groceries (cold items) together or in a particular way should not be meant with rudeness or offense. Even when telling a cashier there's something under the cart, they tend to forget. Yet we are the ones who have to get back in line - AGAIN - when our receipts are checked and they notice the item under the cart was missed by the cashier! When asking an associate if they are opening up another line, we should not be ignored. My issues at this location is ALWAYS with the ill-trained, rude and seemingly lazy CASHIERS! ROMAN is one of them! I used to go to self check-out until you changed it to 15 or less. I could check out a ton of groceries more efficiently and appropriately if your self check-out line wasn't limiting! Please consider this! 1 star was the least I could do, but if there were 0 stars I'd give it that just for the CASHIERS! I like this location as I have been here on several occasions but our last visit solidified why I do not mind coming into the store. My daughter got a pair of jeans from here last week and we needed to bring them back. After doing looking at all the options and trying a few pair on, she found the ones she wanted. Several , yes several associates offered assistance throughout our time in the store, which is greatly appreciated and definitely does not go unnoticed. Once we realized they did not have her size in store, the gentleman who helped us offered to go in the back and see if they had the size she needed. Unfortunately they did not but they did offer to order them and send them to us, free shipping while also honoring them at the same price because they were part of the buy one get on 50% off. Talk about great customer service!! The store is always clean and well organized so you do not have to dig and dash through things to find what you are looking for. They also have a clearance section in the back of the store which is worth consideration because it always hosts few gems here and there.
