That refund process turned out to be nearly impossible. During my first visit (Sept, 2025), I waited more than an hour before seeing anyone. Most of the interaction was with the front desk, not the doctor. My follow-up appointments were just as confusing -- I was asked to clarify signatures and even form barcodes while still not receiving the sealed I-693 forms required for immigration. After multiple visits and a month of back-and-forth, we left exhausted, out of money, and without the completed paperwork. If you're doing your immigration medical exam, please call other civil surgeons first. Ask for full pricing, turnaround time, and exactly what's included.
