I like the fact that this location is conveniently located and there are ample parking spaces. I enjoy the bright morning sun shining through the place's big floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff promptly checked me in, had me sign a few paperwork and asked me to sit down to wait for my turn. The whole process took like 5-7 minutes only. Within 5 minutes, my name was called. I was led into a spacious, neat and clean exam room. After my vitals were taken, a PA quickly came in to discuss my health issue with me. He was professional and attentive in my opinion. My entire appointment from start to finish took like 35 minutes and has been nothing but positive :)

The appt was accepted, but they do not have an X-ray machine here. We paid $40 to have him be seen and was given a brace. A new appt was made for today at the Santa Clara location for X-rays. I had to message and call in order to get someone to respond to his case. Lady on the phone said X-rays images were uploaded and that I can look at it. I am not a doctor, so looking at his X-rays is completely oxymoron. Finally after another follow-up message sent a doctor responded stating the generic response. No fractures and no foreign objects based on the X-rays but nothing was said about his pain and follow-up care. Deeply disappointed in the care and service received. Gavin is still in pain. I have no idea what he has - whether they believe it's a sprain or whatever. Nothing was solved.

My follow-up appointments were just as confusing -- I was asked to clarify signatures and even form barcodes while still not receiving the sealed I-693 forms required for immigration.
