I brought my son in for a haircut, my appointment was at 11:30 a.m. today, and we arrived earlier than expected, We were greeted by a young girl who was very kind and sweet. Nineth was our hairdresser we booked, and she was available and took my son. We showed her a picture of the haircut we had in mind. My son is very meticulous about his hair, so he was nervous. I went in for a quick blow dry/soft curls and I was very disappointed. I usually do not leave bad review but I paid almost $100 and did not like the outcome. From the moment she started blow drying my hair, I should have stopped her as I noticed she did not know what she was doing. Once I got home I tried fixing it myself but she put so much product in my hair, some parts were very oily or super hard. Def dont recommend her for your next blow dry. I went in for a wax with Alondra , i asked her if she knew how to or if someone knew how to do brow lamination. She claimed she did. Mind you i did not like the way they looked she said if i put the Anastasia dip brow they'll look better which personally if you have brow lamination you don't have to do that, i come home take a shower my brows are back to normal i asked her for a refund she said she she would send it to me. Now shes claiming the product rave beauty bar was had was the problem. And she did know. Called and spoke to Kristine- Kristina I asked how much for a blowout she said $45 (my hair is short) I go in I give it a second chance after she had already cut my daughters hair before and sent my daughter crying back home she hated it she showed her a picture of what she wanted it was no where closed! Well I like and idi** decide I'll give it a chance since it's closed by the house I go in I showed her a picture of how I wanted my blow out , let me tell you it was nothing close to what i wanted and not only that she didn't shampoo my hair nor none of that and over charged me I spend $90 on a simple blow out my mom was like " you done better work doing your own hair than this you should of done it by yourself !" You don't know how much I regret giving her a second chance $90 for no shampoo and short hair (shoulder length and very few hair) WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AND WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!! Must say I asked for the owner since when Kristine did my daughters hair I called complained and we went in to talk to the owner and she said from now on just come see me I'll take care of you guys but unfortunately she wasn't there that day and I was so disappointed I just didn't bother calling this time! but Kristine just shouldn't even work there I seen a-lot of bad review on her. read more

I have never in all my years of getting my haircut, had such a bad experience. I asked for some layers in the back of my hair with it longer in the front than in the back, WITHOUT taking too much length. I had a picture of what I wanted in the back and the bottom layer length went past the bottom of the girl's neck in the picture. Mind you, I came into the salon with hair going past my shoulders. I walked out of the salon with the sides of my hair long and uneven, the back of my hair only went to above my ears, with random chunks missing!!! I did not realize how BAD my hair was until I got home and cried for two days until I found my old hairdresser who I knew could help fix it -- but I knew I was going to have to chop my hair even more. So now I have SHORT hair.. I was originally not going to leave a review because I didn't want to be mean. But after my hairdresser and her co-worker, another hairdresser saw my hair, they couldn't believe I was left to walk out of the salon with my hair looking the way it did. I was so angry that I had to cut off all my hair and I don't want this happening to someone else. So in closing, Christina, please do not do this to anyone again!!
