The food was absolutely delicious! Cameron was our server, was very friendly and helpful with choosing wine and food. Happy hour prices were great and the portions were reasonably sized. The wine bar is was very modern and clean. The view of the desert was lovely! Really wish they had a location closer to us but we will absolutely travel here and try the sister establishments. Ravens View is an absolute gem. The desert views are stunning and the patio is the perfect place to relax and take it all in. The atmosphere is laid-back yet elevated, making it an ideal spot to unwind. We shared the tomato and burrata stack, which was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The chicken club was also delicious and very satisfying. We also did a white wine flight, and every pour was super tasty and well-curated. Our server was attentive and did a good job making sure we had what we needed, though the interaction felt a bit reserved and not especially warm. That said, the food, wine, and views more than made up for it. We'd definitely come back to enjoy the patio and scenery again.

What a cute space with some amazing views! This space is quite small and intimate so I would highly suggest making a reservation. We didn't realize that they offer happy hour everyday 3pm-6pm and took advantage of that! We went on a Saturday around 4:30 and dined on the outdoor patio. Our server, Caris, was attentive and amazing. She recommended the bottle and board special which was beautifully served and included house wine or sangria, we opted for the blushing sangria which was tasty! I also enjoyed the Desert Daze which was delicious. It tasted like juice lol. We finished it off with a lemon merengue pie. Anyhoo, we can't wait to come back to this place for the fall to enjoy the outdoors by a fire pit and watch the sunset!

I was in town visiting a friend for the weekend and she recommended Ravens View for their awesome happy hour. We went around 4:30 pm and there were plenty of tables available. The menu wasn't super large but prices were great. We shared a meat & cheese plate, stuffed mushrooms and some sangria. It was all delicious and a great way to start our night. They also have an incredible view too.

We had a fantastic time at Ravens View. I wish we would have eaten in the patio though. The inside was fine but obviously we didn't get the views. Which in the high desert in the evening would have been beautiful. The food was pretty good. I don't think we had anything that was to die for but we really enjoyed our meal. We had the queso to start and it was delicious but we both wished it was a little spicier, hubby had the Panino and enjoyed it and I enjoyed the beefcake burratta salad (capresé salad) it was fresh a delicious although I would have liked it with a little more balsamic. Our server was very sweet and quick to respond. Overall it was a great date night and I've already mentioned it to my mom that her and her golf group would enjoy it as well after a round. They also had live music on the patio the night we went. I recommend checking it out.

Great date night spot, so come for the sunset and mountain backdrop, and definitely make sure to sit outside. They have warmers and blankets to keep you toasty on cool nights. The menu is limited, but the food was tasty. The French onion soup appears to be a popular item. Service was friendly and prompt.

This place is a bit of drive but it does have magnificent views of gulf course and mountains. There is plenty of parking and the patio is pet friendly. The menu is very limited and the food did come out later than anticipated. The staff are quite friendly and the overall atmosphere is nice. They do not serve hard liquor but have an extensive list of wines and beer.

This small cosy restaurant is most definitely a hidden gem!!!!!! Nestled in the mountains of Old Cave Creek, near fabulous hiking trails and magnificent views of the Tonto National Forest, this place cannot be missed!!! Happy Hour, a full menu and great drinks, there is so much to choose from!!! Whether you order soups, salads, sandwiches or boards, and so much more, my go-to favorite is ALWAYS the CUBANO!!! The best!!! The service is always great and you can sit inside or out on the patio. Definitely choose outside, with headlamps and blankets if needed, you do not want to miss the beautiful mountain views!!!!!

What a cool place to happen upon. Derek Y. and myself had just finished a hike to Camp Creek Falls nearby. We were leaving the cave creek area and drove by what looked like a well lit home in the middle of the desert. Turns out it was Raven's View wine bar. Just from the look of it from the road I was pumped to check it out. It's a small place that is comfortable and well decorated. They have wine, beer, and cocktails on the menu. They also have food. We already had dinner plans so we decided to try an appetizer, we had the tuna tartar. It was good, a little too much of the sauce made it overly salty, however the fish tasted fresh. The bartender was friendly and service was quick. It seems like a regular place for people in the cave creek area, as the bartender knew many of the people there. Very nice ambiance and wine selection. I did notice they don't have any local wines from AZ, many of them are coming from Napa and surrounding wine areas. However, I love California wine so that was fine by me. Great wine choices. I had a nice Pinot Noir from a winery in the Russian River area. That area has excellent wineries and breweries. Overall, nice time and I'll definitely go back next time I'm out that way.

The white house made Sangria is my favorite!

One of my favorite spots in Arizona! The views are spectacular, the food is fresh, beautifully presented and a great value, and I love the friendly staff. A big bonus is the live music they often have - Krystal Waters is so talented, and made our evening even more special. Reservations are recommended so you can get a table with a view, and happy hour is a great value with lots of options!

Had a nice experience! Met a friend there for lunch and she was running quite late, but staff was really nice and accommodating. We sat outside on the patio which is really pleasant. I ordered white bean hummus while I was waiting, and it was delicious. But be aware that it has a lot of oil on it (the hummus forms a volcano and it is filled with oil!) If I had known I would have told them to hold the oil. My friend had the pulled pork sandwich, and I had the stacked burrata and tomato salad, which is similar to a caprese.

My friend and I decided to give this place a try. We sat down and almost immediately were asked what we would like to drink. So far so good, right? We were undecided so asked for water to start. A couple came in a few minutes after us and before we received our water they were provided water and a tasting of a wine they wanted to consider. We waited a couple more minutes and finally had to ask for water again. We ordered a meat and cheese board with a bottle of conundrum sparkling rose'. The board was small for the price point. Ingredients were fresh but the presentation was lacking. I realize the quality and taste is important but amount of items provided is also important. We think it's important to give feedback so thoughts of others can be considered for future menu decisions. Especially from a customer perspective. The owner/chef was clearly unwelcoming of any comments or outside opinions. That's fine, it's her wine bar, but we have also made our choice to not return. read more

Adorable and off the beaten path. This is a local's favorite. Excellent service, food and beverages. Check out their live music schedule. Any time of year, this place is hopping every night. Reservations recommended for large groups or specific seating preferences, but you can usually find a spot if you drop in. read more

Went for wine and appetizers last night, now under new ownership. Sat outside with a nice cool breeze couldn't believe that it wasn't to hot. Great selection of wines. The menu was really good. We had an appetizer and split the Rustic panini sandwich, the food was really really good. This might be my new go to place! It was just what I was looking for, a nice glass of wine and a light meal. They had lots of vegetarian and vegan items on the menu and even though I am neither I do enjoy that type food. read more

Although it's a nice atmosphere the food is not great! The hummus is probably the best thing on the menu and comes with a mixed greens on the plate. However, the flatbreads are saturated with a sweet drizzle of whatever trying to make it look fancy and tastes awful. Why would you sweeten a margarita style flat bread that should taste like a pizza...the other flat bread we ordered had the same sweet stuff all over it. It's just not that good. I would recommend it for a cocktail and the live music but grab lunch or dinner somewhere else... read more

Food is fantastic! From the hummus, to the panini's, to the alcohol selection, everything is what I want from a restaurant. Staff are always friendly and just seem happy to be there. Some items are a little pricy but given the location of the restaurant it's understandable. read more

Probably need to reevaluate the live music on display. I've never experienced a band that is able to take almost every happy song and turn it into a sad-sack version for your listening displeasure. Great food, restaurant, location and staff but the music gets a very limp 1 out of 5. read more

Wonderful restaurant / wine bar with pleasant atmosphere and views. Its a pleasant drive out Cave Creek Road too. Outside dining and posts music on Sat and Mon nites. Have been here for lunch and trying dinner this weekend. All safety precautions adhered to. Food is good and happy hour 3-6pm with small plates offered. Salads good too. Beef dip awesome. read more

Overheard a recommendation of this place at an outdoor lunch in Cave Creek and decided we would try it out later in the day. Smaller place with locals and others. Sat at a table outside on the desert with lots of space between tables. We enjoyed sangrias with a charcuterie board on the Happy Hour menu. Everything was wonderful including the service and the unexpected live music on the deck. Clean modern restrooms just inside of the front door. Ample parking. read more

I'm not one to write bad reviews but I believe I have been to this place enough time and given it enough chances to make my voice be heard by hopefully management or ownership in this wonderful venue. The help at this place is seriously not nice. They make you feel inconvenienced at all times. It's not all of them but a select few. The cook should never ever come out and tell a customer their thoughts and very emotional opinions when he feels the girl he is dating (the bartender) is taking heat for something she actually created. If this were my business both of these people would immediately be fired. As a small business owner I believe we have to support each other. If management thinks it's important to their business I would hope to have them reach out to me for details. This is the 4th time I've had employee issues. The sad thing is I wasn't being mean or rude. The clientele in the bar all witnessed this situation and 100% the employees were completely unprofessional. I hope I hear from someone on this as I live in this neighborhood and would like to feel comfortable here again. read more

Raven's View is a hidden gem and a must visit if new to town or looking for a unique "out of town" feeling restaurant experience. Views are incredible and the staff is super friendly. Would recommend for brunch, lunch and dinner or even simply a coffee or wine gathering. The menu is solid and the ambiance is great. Definitely a worthwhile spot! read more

I happened to see that Raven's View was under new ownership--we were excited to check it out!! We live nearby and were very disappointed in our first visit last year. So! This evening we jumped at the chance to give the new owners a chance. We are thrilled to say the new owners get an A+!!! Our waitress Tristen was so welcoming and sweet plus let us know about their happy hour!! Happy hour $5 glass of wine plus some great food!! The meatballs are amazing add with the margarita flatbread. It was too much food for us but we were happy to take some home ;) Looking forward to our next visit!! They are open 7 days a week and new hours!! read more

As a vegetarian, I'm always looking for places that have more than one option for me, and Raven's View didn't disappoint! We started with the pretzel appetizer, served with mustard and beer cheese, which was delicious! I was hesitant to order the caprese salad because I usually find that the tomatoes are mushy or bitter. I was shocked when I cut into the tomatoes that had the perfect firmness and the right amount of crunch. The only place that I have found, outside of Italy itself, with the perfect tomatoes and the perfect ingredient ratio is right here. While it's not a completely filling dish, it is a perfectly light lunch or dinner without feeling like I need more to eat. My husband had the Cubano, which he loved as well. It is a bit of a drive from our home in Cave Creek, but it is well worth it. It's a tiny place so if you think you might get in without a wait, you better think again. They have a nice patio and each chair has a blanket, in case you need it, which I think is such a nice touch. read more

What an incredible surprise in the middle of the desert! I can't say enough about this little gem. Beautiful views, delicious food and amazing wine. Cameron, our bartender, went above and beyond. We found this place by accident, on a scenic drive by. And boy are we happy we did! Not only is he place cool, relaxed, and full of good vibes, the owners are particularly friendly, approachable and attentive. We had the very unexpected opportunity to see many mule deer come by too! read more

My husband and I went there last night for a date night. We had an amazing experience! We reserved a table and when we arrived our table had a cute little sign on it with our name. We both started off with wine and a couple appetizers (pretzels and jalapeño corn dip). Everything was excellent! We decided to split the meatballs and gnocchi for our main dish. Again, both amazing! Service was great all night. We loved the atmosphere of the place. The cherry on top was the live music that they had last night. We will definitely be coming back! Good from afar but far from good. Place is beautiful but owner is very unfriendly and seemed to be overwhelmed. With so many dining options in Cave Creek and this place being REALLY out of the way they should make every guest feel welcome. I will not return. To comment on your rant below. I was not part of the large party that you tore apart. This is a perfect example of why any success with your business will be short lived. I love it! We have a beautiful wine bar in the far north area, woohoo. The location is pretty north, just a little bit more than the turn off to Bartlett Lake. The outside patio is nice, it would be super enjoyable during the beautiful evenings in the fall, winter and spring. The wine list is not very large, but they have enough to choose from. I had a couple of glasses of the Malbec, it was very smooth. My husband had the Pinot Gris. We also ordered Linda's board, 3 cheeses and a couple of meats plus accompaniments. After we decided to share a pressed Prosciutto and Fig sandwich, it was very tasty. I can't wait to come back with some friends who live in the area. read more

Great friendly staff thank you Lacey for your warm welcome and for taking such good care of me and Beau my Weimaraner. I very much enjoyed the serenity and peaceful setting of Raven's view, a welcome oasis with a great varied menu. I had the Cubano which was very good and a cup of the French onion soup which was very tasty and last but not least an awesome lemon tart. My bill excluding tip was $34 which isn't exactly cheap however the quality of the food was very good and the staff and other patrons were very friendly and welcoming ! read more

On a Friday morning they are out of menu items. We arrived at 10:40 and were not approached by a server until 11 am we were really disappointed because we wanted to order pancakes. My blue burger was great. My son enjoyed his breakfast bowl. My sister's BLT was short on bacon. My other sister ordered a seasonal fruit bowl... the strawberries were very bitter. I ordered the new seasonal tea; it was great. I wish our server would have had better follow up on our beverages. There are too many other restaurants in Cave Creek to settle for mediocre service and food.

The place seamed clean and spacious. The bartender, Stephanie was very friendly and attentive. They do have a tasty looking food menu but we had already eaten so didn't have an opportunity to check out the options. Stephanie mentioned their beer menu changes often which is interesting. My husband and uncle ordered beer flights and since I don't drink beer, I ordered wine. Everything we tasted was good. We had a nice experience overall.

They have a great selection of Beer and wine! And since we were still 2 hours or so away from dinner, we decided to grab a veggie & cheese board, which had a nice variety of cruditè and humas. It was very satisfying for 2 adults. We spent.a total of about 2 hours there and left there knowing we would be coming back to Janey's. Side note: For those of you who need accessibility, I myself am on an electric scooter for ambulating. The parking lot is dirt and only has a couple of handicap parking spots. But no space is more than approximately 150 ft from the entrance to Janey's. Once you get to the building, it is very easy to get in and out of the main bodega, with wide, level doorways. The doors were propped open when we visited. I did not utilize the restroom on this visit.

There have been no laws broken. He's 24 nearly 25 years old with a legal ID. A quick Google search of "Does AZ accept out-of-state vertical IDs?" with an answer of YES!

My husband and I have been going to Raven's View for the past 2 1/2 years. The service has always been great and the food delicious. Tonight was not the same case. We came as a party of eight to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday. One of our friends at the table is from back east and has a vivacious laugh. It is very contagious to all of her friends around her. Tonight as our party was enjoying the celebration Kameron with a K, came over to tell us that she needed to keep her laughter down. That he had people complaining and leave because of it. It brought our friend to tears and we were all very upset that she was embarrassed in that way. We were going to take our food that we ordered to go but she graciously decided to stay to finish out the meal. This completely cut the mood of our celebration of our friend's 60th birthday. She was not belligerent, rude or fowl mouthed, just every now and then she had a bout of loud laughter. With a party of eight a few bottles of wine , entrées and appetizers you know our bill was a decent amount and our server Kameron received a 20% tip regardless of the poor service and the embarrassment of our friend. Besides embarrassing our friend it took a very long time for our dirty dishes to be cleared and our orders to be taken. Because of this experience we will not be returning to Raven's view or recommend them to any of our friends or family. read more

I'm always on the hunt for restaurants that not only offer GF options, but truly understand the needs of celiacs and those with gluten sensitivities. Raven's View in Scottsdale absolutely delivered, making our large group lunch (including several rambunctious kiddos!) a resounding success. First off, let's talk about the view. Wow. Just wow. The panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. It's the perfect backdrop for a special occasion or, in our case, a slightly chaotic but fun family gathering. Now, the food. This is where Raven's View really shines. Our server, (I wish I could remember her name! She was fantastic!), was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and pointed out all the naturally gluten-free dishes, as well as those that could be easily modified. No awkward "is this really gluten-free?" conversations, which is a HUGE plus. Several other members of our group (both GF and not) raved about their meals as well. For the kids, they had a nice selection of classic kid-friendly options, and got their meals out with the appetizers. Kid-Friendly Tip: The outdoor space is great for kids to run around a bit before or after dinner (while supervised, of course!). We stopped by Raven's View on a busy Sunday night and, as always, enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere. We grabbed seats at the bar, and while the bartender wasn't the friendliest, the service was still excellent--efficient and attentive. We ordered the crab cakes, and they initially came out warm, but the staff handled it perfectly. They immediately replaced them with fresh, hot ones and even apologized, which we really appreciated. The Cubano sandwich panini was absolutely delicious, and the monthly soup special was just as impressive. Plus, the beers were top-notch! What keeps us coming back to Raven's View is the combination of great food, beautiful views, and the perfect spot to watch the sunset. It's always a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. We waited for 32 minutes for a flatbread and an French onion soup. Server served up the usual line, "Couple of more minutes. We're starting to get busy". Two other tables that sat down after us got their food while we were still waiting for ours. I asked for the tab and we left. So disappointing... it was a drive to get there. My wife and I stopped into Raven's View Wine and Beer Pub today as we were out in the Cave Creek, Carefree area. Linda and Tom were so warm and welcoming you felt like a guest in their home. We enjoyed a bottle of the Goldeneye Pinot Noir, a meat and cheese plate and, the don't miss, guacamole. All were as spectacular as the view. A truly comfortable spot, I wish I lived closer. read more
