This Establishment needs to be Expressed with a capital E for Excellent, a great wine selection. Live music, food truck events. Group or fly solo Bryan makes you feel at home . Wines from many price ranges. Get on his distribution lists (I am a Facebook dinosaur) it is worth the drive! Wine tastings events some are free others worth every penny and drive.

A great spot to grab a glass or two... or a bottle of wine. Brix offer a large selection of well price wines to go or to stay. Your welcome to purchased a bottle wine and sit outside or in with no extra corkage fees:) We spend half our our time in Washington State and enjoy big red WA wines. So glad Brix has a nice selection to offer. They sell Leonetti, Quilceda Creek, Long Shadow and Doubleback to name a few. Friendly staff as well as friendly patrons. We will be back soon!

Brix Wine I suggest a name change: "Wine Heaven", "Awesome Wines", "Best wines". Pick one. Wifey spied this as we drove by. Stumbled upon a jewel in the desert. If you're new to wine, it's important that you know that there are different "levels" of wine. Brix has everything from very good wine to true "cult" wines for which you must be on an allocation list or a many-year waiting list. We were truly amazed to see such a selection under one roof. From Walla Walla, we found Cayuse and Leonetti Cellar. Damn! From Sonoma, we found Kamen Estate Wines ("Wax on, wax off"). From Paso Robles, we stumbled upon Turley. These are truly world-class wines. Okay, so they have great wines. What about the facility, staff, and prices? With selection like this one might expect a stodgy old guy with an attitude. Instead, wifey and I met a super-approachable, down-to-earth dude who just happens to know to acquire some badass wines. We sat and enjoyed a nice pour of red as we walked around drooling at some dream wines. This place is laid back, clean, and easy to navigate. Prices are great. Awesome!

Bryan and Nancy are genuine, welcoming, and offer the ultimate relaxing fun environment savoring delicious wines and beers. They support the community by hosting charitable events to support the military and fight against domestic violence. Love this place!

Everything I saw online, and based on the name, gave me the impression it had a nice view of the valley. It doesn't. The view is some bushes in front of it immediately next to the road. The food was just okay. I had the Cubano. The meat was dry and there wasn't enough condiments to overcome it. I was going to ask for some thousand island, but our waiter was more interested in visiting with other staff than being attentive to customers. The chips that came with it (house made?) were pretty basic and added nothing to the meal. Wife liked their house made sangria, so we asked for a bottle to go. It's available on site in a carafe only. I get why it's a local favorite, but it's not worth the drive otherwise.

We shared the Bang Bang Shrimp, a favorite of ours. The flavor was great as always, although this batch seemed to have a little more batter than usual. Not a big issue, just something we noticed. We ordered the lobster sliders to split and they were great. The order comes with three sliders, and each one was generously filled with chunks of lobster. I also loved the addition of diced tomato and avocado, which added texture. The sliders were a good size. We added a side of truffle fries, which unfortunately fell flat. They looked like regular fries and, while they did have some truffle flavor, they were missing the Parmesan cheese and seasoning that typically make truffle fries stand out. They were okay, but a bit disappointing. We had a nice lunch. The only downside was the price. For one appetizer, one lunch entrée, fries, and one cocktail the total came to over $75, which felt a little steep for lunch. That aside we loved the sliders and would order them again and we always order the Bang Bang Shrimp when we're there.

The atmosphere inside is relaxed yet sophisticated with an overwhelming feeling of being in on a secret no one else knows, so cool! We happened to come early enough in the day to where getting a table wasn't an issue but I would say make a reservation when coming as it is limited seating and absolutely worth it. I came with my husband and my bestie for some birthday cocktails and bites. We were actually lucky enough to have our Uber driver point out the door on the way in, I don't want to give away any secrets but keep an eye out for a door marked with the goose silhouette. It was very back-door, hush hush The cocktails were fantastic! The Clover Club was by far my favorite but everything we got was wonderful! I definitely recommend getting some bites while you're there too, we got the charcuterie board and it was plenty for the three of us. Nick took great care of us, making excellent recommendations throughout our visit but the star of the show was Miss Bella! She was so sweet right off the bat, welcoming us in and wishing me a very happy birthday! She very clearly takes a lot of personal pride in her customer care and it shows! Plus, her nails?? Gorgeous! The name really fits because there are several different seating areas, including cozy groupings with soft couches and chairs, traditional dining tables, bar seating and an outdoor patio. There is also a separate larger room that looked great for groups. It's nice enough for a fun night out or date night, but the overall feel is relaxed and casual, so you definitely don't need to dress up. We went for a girls' Happy Hour, specifically because the Wine Wall sounded like so much fun, but one of the things I really liked about The Living Room is that you absolutely don't have to be a wine drinker to enjoy it. They also have a reasonable, well rounded menu and signature drinks. Happy Hour is weekdays from 3-6 PM. The menu offers $2 off wines by the glass, draft beers, signature and well cocktails, as well as the bruschetta and flatbreads. So one person could come for wine and bruschetta, and someone else could enjoy a beer with flatbread, or have something from the regular menu. There are salads, soups, sandwiches, sushi rolls, food from the grillI, and starters. We first shared the Artichoke Spinach Dip. I feel like the dip is a portion for one, as you can see in my photo; it's in a small ramekin, but the chips are fantastic and sharable. I had the "fried rice with steak, chicken and shrimp topped with a fried egg." The "steak" was tiny little pieces, not slices, but the portion of fried rice was very generous and filling. It's a "Starter" that was a "meal" for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the food prices are. Now for the Wine Wall, because this is such a fun part of the experience! You're given a Tasting Card that works somewhat like a debit card for the Wine Wall. You tap the card at the WineStation, choose the wine you want and then select a 1 oz, 3 oz or 6 oz pour. Each wine and pour size has its own price, and every selection is added to your Tasting Card. At the end, the accumulated amount is transferred to your restaurant check as one "Wine Wall" charge. Our server was wonderful about showing us how everything worked. He walked us over to the Wine Wall, explained the system and dispensed our first glasses for us. Later, when he asked if we wanted more, my friend ordered another 3 oz Silver Oak and he brought it right to our table, so we didn't even have to get up again. If the Wine Wall is one of the main reasons for your visit, there are couches and tables right by it. You might want to choose that area if you plan on trying 1 oz. tastes of several wines. We enjoyed two excellent Cabernets from the Wine Wall: Caymus and Silver Oak. I had a 3 oz Caymus, a 3 oz Silver Oak, and my friend had a 6 oz Caymus and 3 oz Silver Oak. Our total Wine Wall charge was $83. We're already looking forward to returning for what will feel like a different experience by having white wine and sushi outdoors on a cool evening. I could definitely see The Living Room becoming an easy choice for a casual Happy Hour or dinner with friends.
