He then acted very unpleasant after I asked if he could use his cellphone to lookup a photo of a hairstyle I wanted. Then after that, he didn't even come close to giving me the haircut I showed him. It was obvious, he intentionally provided very poor attention to my request which was fairly simple. The female at the register with blonde hair had a very poor unpleasant bedside manor also. It was a very unwelcoming and less than satisfactory experience all around.

They're all fantastic but Masha can do a fade and a straight razor shave like she grew up in downtown Chicago. She makes me so damn handsome. Unfortunately, even though I arrived on-time (early actually), I had to wait about 15 minutes past my reservation time. I was also a little disappointed that the floors were not cleaned between appointments. It felt a bit weird to walk through a lot of hair to get to my seat. I had my hair cut by Maria who said she has been there for 18 years. I feel like she did a pretty good job. I liked the way it looked afterwards and she was easy to talk to while she cut my hair. I found out at afterwards that they only take cash, check, and Venmo. I usually pay everything by credit card. Thankfully, I had enough cash to pay for the visit. Overall, I tend to think I will return the next time I need a cut.
